1. sets even and odd pages, so if only odd pages are set, even pages will not be displayed.

2. A section break (not a page break) was inserted in the previous page, and "Same as the previous section" was cancelled between the upper and lower sections. When inserting a page number, you selected "Apply to this section", which may not display the page number.
