1. First, heat, evaporate some water, concentrate, cool and crystallize, and finally filter under reduced pressure with a Buchner funnel.

2. Add sulfuric acid and raise the temperature to above 500 degrees. This can release nitrogen, add alkali to generate ammonia, and bring it out with steam. Selenium needs to be added as a catalyst.
