Abstract: Language is the most important communication tool for human beings. Childhood is the fastest and most critical period for human beings to master language in their lives. A person's intellectual development and the method of forming concepts largely depend on his language ability. Therefore, it is very important to cultivate language expression ability in early childhood. According to the development of children's language, teachers should seize the opportunity of education in practical teaching and adopt various methods to make children observe, listen and practice more, so as to improve children's language expression ability.

In early childhood, children have a strong ability to imitate and accept. Under the influence of adults and kindergarten teachers, most children can simply express their experiences and feelings. The cultivation of children's language expression ability is so important because once the language expression habit is formed, it is difficult to change and has different degrees of influence on people's life. Therefore, early childhood education should constantly create opportunities for children to listen, see and speak more, and constantly guide and cultivate children's language expression ability, so that children's language expression ability can be fully exercised and developed in the process of growth.
First, the status quo of children's language expression
Especially the children who have just entered the park, just left their parents' arms, like newly weaned babies. So when they came to the strange environment of kindergarten, and the only close parents kept telling their children to listen to the teacher, they were not only unfamiliar with the teacher, but also scared. In this environment, most of them are taciturn, fragmented and unwilling to communicate with teachers and friends around them. Kindergarten education is often conveyed by teachers and accepted by children. Because they are young and don't know much about the surrounding environment, children feel that the teacher is bored and unintelligible in class. On the other hand, children do not know how to communicate with others, which will bring great obstacles to language expression.
Second, early childhood education to cultivate children's language skills strategies
(A) developing children's language skills in informal education activities.
In many years of teaching, the author found that children's language ability is developed through active use in life, and it is difficult for teachers to teach their language expression ability to students through classroom. Therefore, teachers need to give children some guidance in informal educational activities so that children can understand and use language to express their feelings. For example, the teacher asked the students to play the game of the eagle catching the chicken. Every child should be involved and put his hand on the shoulder of the previous person. When the teacher said start, the children began to play games. At this time, the teacher should play the role of a sister and gently guide the students how to play the game. The children will definitely have communication during the game. The teacher carefully observed that once there was a dispute between children, the teacher actively guided the children to use civilized language to resolve the contradiction. Developing children's language expression ability in informal educational activities, on the one hand, can make children temporarily forget the serious and boring atmosphere in the classroom, and can enjoy themselves and play selflessly. On the other hand, most children are afraid of teachers and can communicate with their peers better.
(b) Providing rich and interesting materials to create topics for children.
Whether it is an educational activity or a non-educational activity, teachers need a lot of rich materials, which can be operable, stories or short videos. Of course, the premise is that these materials are carefully selected by the teacher according to the children's interests and age characteristics, and these materials have a certain suggestive effect. For example, the teacher tells the children a fairy tale about the ugly duckling in class, and the teacher can guide the children to feel happy in comparison with the ugly duckling. Parents care about themselves, what to say to their parents when they go home, and then the teacher leads to a polite expression, "Thank you, Mom and Dad for your hard work."
(c) Let children observe, listen, express and practice more.
1. Watch more. In the teaching process, teachers can guide children to observe directly in a planned way and create more opportunities for children to express themselves in words. For example, tell children a story about summer. You can tell them that when summer comes, some plants, animals and fruits have changed. As soon as you see these changes, you will know that it is summer. Have a look around. What is the difference between summer and spring? In this way, let children carefully observe the differences in summer, and let students discuss and share their findings in class to encourage children to speak actively.
2. Listen more. Listening is the premise of language expression ability, and children learn language from learning to listen and then slowly imitate it, so listening more is a good way for children to enhance their language expression ability. For children who know little about the world around them, telling stories is the basic way to introduce them to literary works. Teachers can insert some short stories into the class. After returning home, parents need to cooperate with the teacher to tell at least one story every day, and in the process of telling stories, communicate with the children and guide them on the right path. For example, telling children about Andersen's fairy tales and explaining the easy-to-understand meaning will promote their thinking.
3. express more. In daily life, we should always create some conversation atmosphere so that children can freely express their feelings in this environment. In this process, if the child's language is inappropriate, the teacher should guide him in time. Whether students talk actively in teaching activities or communicate with children in non-teaching activities, teachers' active guidance can greatly promote children's language expression ability.
4. Practice more. In early childhood, it is mainly to cultivate children's correct pronunciation, clear articulation, enrich children's vocabulary and use it in life. Language expression ability can only be truly mastered through learning in language practice, which requires children to practice repeatedly. Parents should cooperate with their children's education, create more practice opportunities for their children, correct correct pronunciation in time, and guide the correct language expression order. Only in this way can children master the ability of language expression. How to cultivate language expression ability in preschool education requires teachers to constantly observe children's personality psychology and guide children to express their language correctly.
