Therefore, I teach students in accordance with their aptitude and put forward different requirements for their study according to the differences of each type of students. For example, for underachievers with poor grades, I selected some simple basic questions to ask them so that they can answer fluently. If they answer correctly, I will keep saying? Very good? Or? Well done? . If their answers are wrong, I will face them with encouragement, and I will say to them: Thank you anyway, you can try next time. ? After listening, they will eliminate their anxiety, build up their confidence in learning, and have more courage to participate in teaching. As long as they are willing to participate, their English scores will improve. For top students, on the premise of keeping their grades stable, we should raise the requirements for them, increase reading and increase the intake of knowledge and information.

Second, create a harmonious and relaxed learning atmosphere.

At present, the master-slave teacher-student relationship in education hinders the emotional communication between teachers and students, leads to the disharmony between teachers and students, directly reduces the teaching effect, leads to the passivity of students' learning, and the result is not conducive to the cultivation of students' innovative consciousness, spirit and ability. Therefore, in the teaching process, I pay attention to the communication with students, so that students can maintain a strong interest in English and strive to create a relaxed and harmonious learning atmosphere for English learning in senior high schools. For example, what is the first compulsory unit of English in senior one? Friendship? This is the first lesson for students to enter senior high school English, and it is also a subject close to students' life, so I divide the students into groups and propose several topics that they are interested in for discussion, such as? Third, cultivate students' ability of inquiry learning.

Make a counseling plan before class and distribute it to each student, so that students can distinguish their knowledge from the difficult problems that need to be explored with a two-color pen in preview, and students can also discuss it, so that teachers can have a clear aim in the teaching process. For example, when explaining direct speech and indirect speech, ask students to find out the declarative sentences, general questions, special questions and imperative sentences corresponding to the example sentences. Similarities and differences in guiding words, tense, word order, person, adverbial of time and place, etc. And sum up the transformation law between them, which not only exercises the students' ability of autonomous learning, but also enhances their sense of accomplishment, and their memories will be profound and firm. Teaching and learning are contradictory. As teachers and students on both sides of the contradiction, how to live in harmony is very important for completing teaching and improving grades. I often reflect on the shortcomings in the teaching process with students and correct them. Let students put forward their opinions anonymously at a fixed time every week, and try to seek opportunities for dialogue with students, whether in class or after class, so that students can feel that the English classroom environment is relaxed and teachers and students are equal, then the communication will become very pleasant. After class, they are often asked about the effect of their lectures and their learning situation, so as to create a democratic, equal, relaxed and free teaching atmosphere, mobilize students' learning enthusiasm to the maximum extent and stimulate their learning enthusiasm.
