Medical insurance system is an important part of social security. It is not only an important part of protecting basic human rights, but also related to social stability, productivity and development. This is the most complicated system among all kinds of social security. Because it is the most complicated part of the social system, people pay more attention to it than other issues, so it is more meaningful to study the establishment of citizen medical insurance system. In recent years, discussions on the reform of medical insurance system have come and gone, and the reform of large medical insurance system has become more and more urgent. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of China's medical insurance system. Secondly, these problems are discussed, and the basic methods and ideas of establishing China's medical insurance system are summarized.
