I. Basic principles
Tutoring plan should be a concrete plan for students to learn independently and easily based on teaching materials. We must make knowledge hierarchical and make knowledge problematic. Teachers should dig up textbooks, closely follow the new curriculum standards, reflect the requirements of the whole textbook system, make clear the role and position of what they teach in the whole textbook, make clear the design of expanding fields and students' growth ability, make clear the process and method of forming knowledge ability, the target requirements of students' emotional formation, and explore the ability behind knowledge and the strategies and methods to realize it. The tutoring plan should highlight the cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability, boldly delegate easy-to-understand knowledge and typical problems, and let students learn independently and discuss in groups; The examples in the inquiry case should be exemplary and focus on the breakthrough of key and difficult points; The questions in the classroom test should be graded and have the ability to detect whether the learning objectives are achieved.
Second, the guiding ideology
(1) Prepare students, teaching materials, curriculum standards and classroom processes. Students' learning level is uneven, so we should base ourselves on the students' level of lower and middle basic level, have clear guidance, set up as many steps as possible, minimize the difference in order, point out the learning direction for students, reflect the process of knowledge improvement, and design problems in the students' recent knowledge and ability development area. How to prepare students to design the level of problem inquiry, the way of inquiry guidance, the level of example guidance and the basis and key of topic selection for target detection in writing guidance scheme. That is, who to teach and how to learn; Preparing textbooks is the key and difficult point to thoroughly understand them. Compiling curriculum standards is the need to correctly grasp the requirements of learning and the depth and breadth of teaching; Preparing the classroom process is the initial design idea of teaching.
(2) The hierarchy of knowledge. The classroom content involved in the counseling plan should be explored in layers, reflecting the gradual generation process of knowledge and spiraling from low to high. The content of inquiry or study should be clear, and the things to be done in each part must be dynamic, clear at a glance, not vague, not at a loss, not looking at flowers in the fog. The connection between the layers should be natural and harmonious, that is, we can go from this to that, or from this to that. Generally speaking, we can understand concepts, deduce theorems, apply theorems, complete typical examples and basically do a good job in target detection by learning plans and reading textbooks. This is closely related to the requirements of teaching content, teaching process and curriculum standards. We should study hard.
(3) Knowledge. Once the theme of each part of inquiry or study is determined, it is necessary to carefully design questions, so that students can know how to use external forces and where to seek help to complete each small problem under the guidance of teachers' learning plans, so as to achieve overall knowledge acquisition and ability improvement. To fill in the blanks, you must know how to fill in and what to fill in.
Third, the counseling plan:
(1) Send chapters of the tutorial plan to all teachers.
(2) Before writing the counseling plan, you must be familiar with the requirements of the teaching materials, teaching references and the syllabus of the new curriculum standard, consult the relevant supplementary materials, and study the formation process of knowledge points and the strategies and methods for students to realize their abilities.
The counseling plan is first revised by individuals (all electronic drafts); One week before use, the teacher and the standby teacher gave lectures, and the same teacher discussed and revised collectively; After that, it will be finalized by the lesson preparation team leader.
(3) Each counseling case should be signed by the writer, reviewer and department head, indicating the date and number, instructions for use and specific requirements for students. Each tutorial plan is printed and sent to students one day in advance after being reviewed and proofread.
(4) The lesson preparation team leader should finalize the counseling plan and upload it to the teaching design section of the website of the Research Institute to realize resource sharing.
Four, the content of the counseling program:
Tutorial cases are divided into two parts: learning cases (preview cases and inquiry cases) and training cases (test cases and consolidation cases).
There are two templates for the tutoring plan of mathematics, one is the tutoring plan for new teaching, and the other is the tutoring plan for review class.
First, the new teaching guidance case
1. Learning objectives and difficulties
2. Instructions for the use of tutorial cases
Step 3 Preview the case
Including knowledge linking and new knowledge guidance.
(1) Knowledge link is used to deduce the learned knowledge of this section, paving the way for students to acquire new knowledge in time.
(2) The guidance of new knowledge is a process in which the knowledge points involved in this section appear in the form of questions. The setting of questions should follow the students' cognitive rules, spiral upward from low to high, and gradually approach the knowledge points.
Pave the correct situation and stimulate students' interest in thinking. Break down complex problems into several small ones to help students break through key and difficult problems. Important questions are marked with ★ to remind students to pay attention.
4. Investigate cases
There are three things to do in the query case:
(1) Solve the problems and doubts left in the preview cases, and discuss and exchange students' problems;
(2) According to the key points and difficulties in this section, ask questions and communicate with teachers;
(3) Summarize and consolidate the research results in time.
When emphasizing students' dominant position, don't ignore the role of teachers (including timely preparation and help in the discussion process and timely correction and evaluation in the exhibition process)
5. Precedent cases
(1) Set test questions according to what is said in class, so that students can learn something useful; It is not difficult to set questions, so that most students can answer them correctly, so that they can apply what they have learned. Learning is useful, learning is useful, so that students have a sense of accomplishment, which is conducive to stimulating learning interest.
(2) Because there is only 15 minutes, the questions should be simplified to ensure that they are all solved within the effective time.
6. Combined cases
(1) The suggestion is divided into two parts: in-class practice and extracurricular development. The former is best to supplement the classroom content, while the latter is best to stick to the key points and difficulties. In proportion, it is better to be bigger after class.
(2) Try to classify the topics, so that "capable people" can work harder and make everyone "full".
(3) The exercises should be adapted according to the actual situation of the students, preferably original.
2. Check the course guidance plan
Similar to Protestantism, only the difference is simply explained.
1. Preview the case
Not to acquire new knowledge, but mainly to recall knowledge points. Recall relevant knowledge points in the form of questions and emphasize the relationship between knowledge points. This chapter can draw a knowledge map or a knowledge tree.
Step 2 investigate the case
(1) Check the preview, improve the knowledge system and complete the knowledge accumulation through the guidance of teachers and the mutual supplement of students.
(2) Discuss and communicate the problems that are difficult to master or easily confused.
(3) It is best to give priority to application and give more examples.
3. Precedent cases
It is best to set questions in a typical college entrance examination style and train students to answer questions in a standardized way.
4. Merge cases
It is best to set only extracurricular questions.
