How to explain the basis of micro-project research
The foundation of Yuan Yue's micro-project research mainly includes two aspects: one is the theoretical basis; The second is the practical foundation. As an applied research, micro-project research does not require researchers to have profound theoretical knowledge, but this does not mean that micro-project research does not need theoretical support. As a research topic, any education and teaching problem is composed of one or a group of the most basic research units and belongs to the scientific system in one or several research fields, and the theoretical system necessary to study this topic becomes the foundation to support this research. The theory of educational science is of great significance to the study of micro-topics. Mainly reflected in two aspects: First, if the ideas, viewpoints and concepts of a micro-project research are contradictory and contradictory to the basic theories and knowledge in this scientific system, including logical errors, then this micro-project research lacks the support of educational science theories and knowledge, or it is wrong in theory and has no research value and significance. Second, these theories and knowledge are the indispensable foundation of this micro-project research. Then, the more researchers know about these theories and knowledge, the more solid and firm they will be, and the more convenient and smooth their research will be. On the other hand, a researcher who knows nothing about the basic theory and knowledge of instructional design but wants to study the micro-project of classroom instructional design has little chance of success. However, front-line teachers often ignore the study and mastery of educational theory, and always think that the theory is empty and useless, but it is not. Educational theory is not a specific educational method, but an educational thought, educational principle, law and principle. In educational practice and research, any educational method and behavior can not be separated from the support and guidance of educational theory, otherwise, such practice and research are blind, inefficient and even ineffective. As far as micro-project research is concerned, it is necessary to master certain educational theories. First of all, it is conducive to the topic selection of micro-research. Only by observing and analyzing the phenomena in education and teaching with the help of educational theory can we find many things that cannot be realized by experience alone. If we master the forgetting law of memory in psychology, we will realize that the high forgetting rate of what students have learned is often because they can't review. Knowing the temperament types of students, we will realize that some students' impulsiveness and recklessness are personality factors of temperament types and cannot be simply attributed to the ideological quality of students. With these rational thinking, and then to observe the educational phenomenon around us, you will feel that there are too many problems to discuss. Secondly, it helps to improve the work in research. Some people say that teachers are the "intermediary" between educational theory and educational practice. A student is a "living book". To read this book well, teachers should observe and understand it directly, and reveal students' psychological characteristics and personality characteristics according to the theory of educational science. Only in this way can we fully grasp the psychological world of students. Only by truly understanding the object of education can we carry out targeted education. Only by using educational theory to control teaching can teaching overcome blindness, enhance pertinence and achieve practical results. Third, it is conducive to writing research papers. Educational research papers should be argumentative. If they are argumentative, they should be reasonable and convincing, and these reasons should be analyzed and demonstrated by educational theory. Since it is a paper, it needs theoretical color and rational thinking, and strengthening the cultivation of educational theory can improve teachers' rational thinking. Educational research papers should not only ask questions, but also analyze the causes of the problems, so as to propose solutions to the problems. Fourth, it helps to eliminate the conceptual obstacles in research. Whether doing research or writing articles, teachers will involve a series of professional concepts. Such as perception, feedback, reinforcement, class collectivity, metacognition, heuristic, forgetting curve, psychological set, classroom structure, leading role and subjective role. If teachers know little about these concepts, or even don't know what is going on at all, doing research and writing papers will create obstacles or make mistakes. If you learn the basic theory of educational science, you will master these concepts, and it will be much more convenient to read educational publications or write papers. The so-called practical basis mainly refers to whether the research topic can reflect the practical problems that need to be solved urgently in school and personal education and teaching, or help to improve the quality of their own education and inspire their peers. The more profound and timely the reflection of real problems, the more sufficient the practical basis of research and the greater the guiding significance.
