This product uses standard communication technology 232 serial port to connect with office computer, and the supporting platform software is the most perfect office recording telephone on the market at present. All indicators meet the requirements of China people and national standard GB/T 15279-2002, with powerful functions and simple operation.
I. Telephone function

1. Plug the telephone line or extension cord directly into the "outside line" socket of the telephone;
2. One end of the random standard serial communication line is connected to the "communication port" of the telephone, and the other end is connected to the COM port of the computer;
3. Plug one end of the random standard audio cable into the "recording port" of the telephone and the other end into the "microphone" jack of the computer.
Third, the telephone set-up and use
Telephone settings
1. Time setting: If you hold down the "blink/set" key for 3 seconds in an idle state, you will enter the time setting state, and the number showing the year will blink. Use the "Flash/Set" key to move the cursor, use the "search up" key to modify it, and press the hands-free key to save and exit. Note: the local time will be displayed in real time after the phone answers the call.
2. Delete the call list: When checking incoming calls or outgoing calls in idle state, press the "Delete" button to delete the call list.
3. Turn on/off the dial-out number: When you need to cancel or turn on the dial-out number when you are disconnected from the computer, press and hold the "Delete" key for 3 seconds. When on is displayed in the lower right corner of the screen, it means on; when the same operation is displayed as off, it means off; press the "hands-free" key to exit.
4. Brightness level: In the idle state, press the "Brightness" key and the screen will appear (-). Then use the "Up (for addition) and Down (for subtraction)" keys to adjust. Every time you press it, you adjust it by one level. Press "Flash/Set" to save and exit.
5. Hands-free volume adjustment: The operation of pressing "Volume" in idle state is the same as the brightness level.
6. Adjustment of ringtone size: Press the "Volume" button in the call state, and the screen will appear (-). Just press the "Volume" button again, and every time you press the "Volume" button, the sound will be raised or lowered.
7. Set the push-to-talk number: This phone has 15 shortcut keys, namely M 1-M3 and 12 numeric keys on the keyboard, which can be set manually or through software.
8. Manual setting: If the M 1 key is set, press and hold it for 3 seconds. When the flashing "-"cursor appears in the lower right corner of the screen, you can enter the number to be set at this time, and then press and hold this key for 3 seconds. When SAUE is displayed on the screen, it means that the setting is successful, and other key setting operations are the same.
Fourth, the software installation
Put the CD provided by our company into the CD-ROM drive, and the software will run automatically and prompt for installation. If you can't run the installation automatically, please turn on the CD-ROM drive, double-click the "EXE for Office Recording Phone" executable file, then click the "Next" command button, and follow the prompts to install until "Complete", and the whole installation process can be completed. After the installation is completed, a shortcut of "Office Recording Phone" will appear on the desktop.
Note: The computer operating system must be WINDOWS2000 or above and cannot be used under WINDOWS98.
Verb (abbreviation for verb) system setting
Double-click the shortcut of "Office Recording Phone" on the desktop, and the main interface of "Office Recording Phone" will pop up. As shown in the figure below:
Click "Menu" and click "System Settings" in the pop-up window. The menu contains three main options: basic settings, advanced settings and file management.
1 Basic Settings "Basic Settings" is mainly used for setting: IP access number, foreign IP dialing, external outgoing number, local area code, volume/brightness setting, etc. When the modification or setting is finished, click OK to save and exit.
.. IP number: IP access numbers of other operators can be modified and set according to customer needs. The default IP number of the system is 1+07909.
IP2 can be set at will.
.. foreign number automatically dials IP: When this switch is selected, "√" indicates the long-distance number dialed by all software.
Number, the system will automatically dial the selected IP.
.. exit number: it has been set when the software is installed, and it is not necessary to modify the setting.
... volume/brightness: this setting switch can be adjusted at will according to the user's needs.
.. local area code: it has been set when the software is installed and does not need to be modified.
2 Advanced Settings Click the "Advanced Settings" button to selectively set some functions. (□ Tick √ indicates that it is selected to start this function).
3 File Management Settings Click "File Management Settings" (recording function settings) to open the following interface:
Select the "automatic recording" function, select and specify a folder to save the recording files, and then all the memories will be automatically saved in this folder.

1 Use of recording function
This product can record the content of the call, which can be divided into automatic recording and manual recording.
Automatic recording: You need to check the "Turn on automatic recording" switch in "File Management" of "System Settings" and select the path to save the file, so that the phone will automatically record the conversation.
Manual recording: If the user likes manual recording, the automatic function will be cancelled. Just click the recording button (the dot in the lower left corner of the main operating interface of the software) to record during the call.
2 Use the soft keyboard to dial into the main operating interface of the software as shown in the figure below:
After entering the number, press the key directly and you can make a direct call.
Using the inquiry function in the menu, you can inquire about "Missed Calls, Received Calls and Dialed Calls" or play a recording.
4 Using the common tools in the menu, you can import/export the address book, query the attribution of numbers and other operations.
5. In the main interface of software operation, click "Address Book" or "Number Book" to pre-store telephone numbers and group them. Double-click the number in the Address Book or Directory to dial directly.
Seven, simple troubleshooting
1. Pick up the phone and there is no signal. Possible reasons: 1. The external connection cable is not plugged in. 2. The connecting wire is in poor contact. 3. This extension has not been registered for a long time.
Handling method: 1. Insert the external connection line 2. Connect the external connection cable 3. Hang the extension on the same line.
2. The ringtone volume is too low. Possible reasons: 1. The ringtone file is not properly adjusted. 2. The telephone speaker is broken.
Solution: Turn the ringtone to the maximum in the system settings of the software. If the problem cannot be solved, please change the phone.
3. The screen brightness darkens. Possible reasons: 1. The extension line on the same line was cancelled. 2. The brightness file is not adjusted properly. 3. The background light is broken.
Solution: 1 Put the extension down. 2. Adjust the brightness again in the system settings of the software. The problem still exists. Please choose the third solution.
Step 3 change your phone
4. The mobile phone can't connect with the computer. Possible reasons: 1. The serial port is closed. 2. The computer serial port is damaged. 3. The telephone serial port is damaged and the telephone circuit is damaged.
Solution: 1 Check whether the serial connection cable falls off. 2. Replace other serial ports and search the phone again. 3. Replace the serial port of the mobile phone and search the mobile phone again. None of the above methods can solve the problem, so replace the mobile phone.
