Abstract 1. Copyright, also known as copyright, as a legal concept, usually refers to the exclusive right of citizens, legal persons or unincorporated units to possess, process and use their own literary, scientific and artistic works. To protect copyright, we must first confirm its exclusive right. Copyright, like ownership and creditor's rights, has its own subject, object and content. The subject of copyright refers to the person who enjoys copyright based on scientific research, literature and art, and can be a citizen, a legal person or an unincorporated unit. The person who creates a work is generally the copyright owner, and others can also enjoy part of the copyright in some way.
