Appendix 1:

Summary of the content of comprehensive quality papers

First, the meaning and charm of the university

(A) the meaning of the university

The connotation of a university mainly includes its living space and spiritual space. Living space refers to how much activity space is provided for teachers and students, such as cultural life, activity content and social practice. Some students feel the pallor of college life because others artificially reduce the contents of various life, do not participate in various activities, are indifferent to and do not invest in various activities, or artificially reduce the rich living space to one person's space and two people's space, so I hope everyone will do the same. How much energy and effort have you put into these activities, and what do you cherish? What activities touched you the most? Or would you please seriously analyze why you are not enthusiastic about these group activities? Spiritual space refers to your study in college for several years, your thinking, your knowledge system, ideological system and value system. How many textbooks have you read? What is your confusion and pain in college thinking? What are your puzzles? I hope everyone will seriously reflect on these. Life without reflection is meaningless. Only in reflection can we clearly examine the size of our spiritual space.

The connotation of university is the breadth of living space and spiritual space, and the failure of university is the narrowing of these two spaces. The size of the space is related to your interpretation and understanding of the connotation of the university. Many students muddle along in the university, until graduation, they have not formed a clear understanding of the university, and have not made careful planning and design for the university. You may complain that your time is wasted in the external environment, but you will try your best to devote yourself to the fiery university life and actively explore your own living space.

(B) the charm of the university

The charm of a university lies in its charm.

What is the charm of the university? Personality, learning situation, ways of making friends, teacher-student relationship, emotional experience, etc. All of them are the charm of universities, and each of us should seriously taste the charm of chewing universities.

The attraction of a university to students and faculty is also related to this charm.

University time is chewy, because it has a chewy head and a mellow smell, such as old wine, which lingers in Micari for a long time. A few years in college is a critical period for a person's mental maturity. One end is connected with a beautiful primary and secondary school era, and the other end is connected with a colorful society. The university period is the period of the fastest development of human spirit, and many outstanding men and women make their mark in the on-the-job universities. University is the season when the buds of life bloom. It should be the most fragrant season and the most precious time in life. If you miss the flowering period, your university will lose its charm and fall apart. Charm is a fragrant smell. Universities reject precocity, and universities should not exclude young people. There is a strong atmosphere of life everywhere in the university. There is no philistinism and vulgarity here. Everything is floral, everything is everything.

Second, the design and thinking of universities

University is the period that needs to be designed by itself most. Everyone may design different plans, but they can be roughly carried out in the following aspects: First, the motivation to go to college.

You may have colorful dreams, or you may walk into college with sadness. So what is your motivation to go to college and what is the attraction of college to you? The second is the three-year plan of the university. Your planning includes study planning and life planning. You must have a lot of ideas. How many of these ideas have been realized now, and how much is the contrast with reality? What reflection does it bring to you? Third, what mistakes did you make in your college years? What is your success? What bad habits have you contracted, and what changes in college life have improved you? What happy or gray memories did college life bring you? Therefore, only by sorting out and summarizing this kind of peeling, colic and bleeding can we make this college time fully historic, ideological and systematic, and don't think this kind of reflection is dispensable. Life without reflection is a dull and scattered life.

Fourth, thinking about several relations.

For example, the relationship between teachers and students, classmates, social relations, the relationship between departments and themselves, and the relationship between families and ethics should be deeply and systematically considered and summarized. You can see your social skills, team consciousness and your ability system in this respect. Including your learning ability, psychological endurance, analytical thinking ability, work execution ability, etc. Have you made progress in your college years? Do you have any other identities? Universities are value-added Has everything increased in value? In the reflection on the university, we can look at the university time from the perspective of three-dimensional intersection. You must have a lot of feelings and reflections. You should dissect yourself boldly, take yourself as the object of examination, recognize yourself, grasp yourself and transcend self-sublimation.

Third, the rational examination in universities.

Here I want to give you some thoughts on the following aspects.

(A) the concept of university

What is a university? As a college student, what kind of university view do you think should be established? When we complain about the college, how should we adjust our mentality? University is an atmosphere, and university education is an atmosphere education. The atmosphere of the university needs us to create together. The deficiency in life is the driving force of our struggle. The university is to let everyone grow freely here. Universities can't satisfy every student's desire, but they can let students grow freely. University is a place with deep roots and soul. Then the soul of a university is a kind of inner self-sufficient spirit and thought, a kind of mind and atmosphere.

(B) the concept of talent

I often tell many students, don't overestimate yourself, don't think you are a talent, we are still far from the talent standard. At present, our university education has become a simple life education, and survival has become our top priority. Therefore, as future talents, we should adjust our mentality to adapt to society. What survival skills did you gain in college? What will you do to break a new world in society in the future? A fresh trick, eat all over the world, but not afraid. Does the university give you the confidence to survive? Can you evaluate yourself correctly?

(3) Psychological outlook

In this impetuous and anxious dynasty, the psychology of our contemporary universities may have changed a lot. The hustle and bustle of universities makes many college students impetuous. The university is a quiet place, and it can't be impetuous. After a few years in college, some students are fidgeting all day, unable to study, and anxious about learning. For example, they are superficial, they are in Cao Cao's heart, and they are looking at other mountains. Social practice is also a slap in the face. In this era of reading pictures (some people call it the era of shallow reading), our psychology has undergone great changes, and many psychological problems in universities are also very complicated. I found that many of them suffered from social diseases prematurely, learned to be quick and quick, were short-sighted and lost their value judgment, and some of their classmates were immature, closed and conservative, blindly arrogant or emotionally indulgent, and their sense of shame was reduced. These psychological problems directly affect the quality of universities and their college time. I don't advocate premature participation in various social practices that are not worth the loss in disguise. I don't advocate early involvement in emotions. I don't advocate skipping classes all day for various reasons. Universities should be calm as water, broad-minded as the sea, conserve energy, and temper their mentality of being humiliated and not chaotic. If the mentality is not well adjusted, it will hit a wall and accomplish nothing. You will take a lot of detours in the future. University is a self-cultivation network.

University is the warmest post station in life. I hope you don't forget the fire and oil lamps here, the grass and trees here, the mountains and rivers here, the soil here and your shallow and deep footprints in the soil.
