(4) graduated from high school and engaged in professional and technical work for more than seven years.
(5) People with junior high school education or below have been engaged in professional and technical work for more than ten years, and at the same time should have rank-level positions.
2. Middle title:
(1) graduated from university, engaged in professional and technical work for more than five years, and worked as an assistant for more than four years.
(2) graduated from college, engaged in professional and technical work for more than six years and served as a teaching assistant for more than four years.
(3) graduated from secondary school (high school), engaged in professional and technical work for more than ten years, and served as a teaching assistant for more than four years.
(4) People with junior high school education or below must be engaged in professional and technical work for more than fifteen years and hold assistant positions for more than four years.
3. Senior title:
(1) graduated from university, engaged in professional work for more than ten years, and held intermediate positions for more than five years.
(2) graduated from college, engaged in professional and technical work for more than fifteen years, and served as an intermediate position for more than five years.
(3) graduated from secondary school or high school, engaged in professional and technical work for more than 20 years, and served as an intermediate position for more than five years. Those who meet the above declaration conditions must also abide by the law, have good professional ethics, be able to perform their duties conscientiously, make remarkable achievements in professional posts, and have corresponding professional theoretical level and practical working ability.
Second, exceptional reporting conditions.
In order to select talents in an eclectic way, those who are truly talented, have made remarkable achievements and made outstanding contributions can apply for qualifications for senior and intermediate positions without being restricted by academic qualifications and qualifications.
(a) candidates for senior positions, without exception, must meet two of the following conditions:
1, the academic leader commended by the Ministry and the provincial level; Young and middle-aged experts who have made outstanding contributions at or above the prefecture level; Township entrepreneurs or outstanding factory directors and managers who have been commended by the state and the provincial level.
2. Won the third prize of national scientific and technological progress; Above the second prize of the province and the Ministry; The main finisher of the first prize (including invention award, achievement award, natural science award and spark award) above the city level; The main person in charge of production technology who won the national gold and silver product award or the provincial and ministerial famous brand product award or the excellent engineering award; The main person in charge of production technology who won the national and provincial new product awards.
3, directly presided over the completion of large-scale projects or fully responsible for the production and operation of large and medium-sized enterprises or made outstanding contributions to the technological development of non-public enterprises, and achieved obvious economic benefits; The main person in charge of the enterprise has an operating income of more than 20 million yuan for two consecutive years (the mountainous counties determined by the province100000 yuan or more), or a profit and tax of more than 4 million yuan (the mountainous counties determined by the province).
4, in the technological invention, innovation, transformation, patent, popularization and application, for two consecutive years (two years before applying for senior positions), the economic benefits accounted for more than 20% of the total corporate profits and taxes (more than 4 million yuan, more than 2 million yuan in poor mountainous areas).
5. Major contributors who have created valuable experience in their professional and technical posts and promoted them in the same industry in the province; During his tenure as an intermediate post, he has made remarkable achievements and won the title of advanced worker at or above the provincial level; Or publish more than two academic papers recognized as valuable by peer experts in newspapers or conferences at or above the prefecture level, or formally publish valuable works or translations.
(2) Without exception, those who apply for intermediate positions must meet two of the following conditions:
1, won the fourth prize of national scientific and technological progress, Spark Plan, the third prize of provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress and the main finisher of projects above Spark Plan, or the main finisher of projects above the second prize of local (city) scientific and technological progress, or the main technical director of provincial and provincial high-quality products or high-quality projects.
2. Publish more than three professional technical papers or monographs in newspapers and periodicals at or above the prefecture level.
3, directly presided over the professional and technical work of medium-sized projects or medium-sized backbone enterprises, and achieved obvious benefits for more than two consecutive years.
4, as an assistant, remarkable achievements and won the title of outstanding entrepreneur or advanced professional and technical worker at the prefecture (city) level.

3. Professional papers and business work summary.
Requirements for professional papers:

Business work summary requirements:
(1) Write your work experience clearly.
(2) Write clearly the main projects that you are responsible for or participate in.
(3) indicate the published papers or major achievements and awards.
(4) The number of words shall not be less than 1500.
4. Submit the original graduation certificate and junior professional title certificate.
5 "Professional and Technical Personnel Level and Ability Test Certificate"
6. Other relevant materials that can reflect my work ability and important performance.
7. Six one-inch color photos and two copies of ID card and diploma.
Those who fail to prepare relevant materials according to the above requirements will not be accepted.
Four. Other related issues
1. Those who apply for promotion to junior professional and technical positions in non-public economic organizations must participate in the level and ability test organized by the whole city, and those who pass the test can apply for the corresponding level of qualification. The level and ability test shall be the responsibility of the Municipal Vocational Reform Office, and the specific work shall be entrusted to the Municipal Talent Exchange Center for organization and implementation.
2. Anyone who seriously neglects his duty during his tenure, or has a major accident, or is subject to criminal punishment for violating state-owned laws and decrees, or violates the family planning policy, cannot participate in the recommendation review.
3. The assessment fee shall be implemented according to the provisions of the price department, and all localities and departments shall not raise the standards without authorization.
Apply for qualification
Any citizen of China who abides by national laws and regulations, abides by professional ethics, and has corresponding professional education and professional practice conditions can apply for taking the exam.
The examination is divided into basic examination and professional examination. Only those who pass the basic examination and complete the professional practice period according to the regulations can sign up for the professional examination. Only by passing the professional examination can we obtain the qualification certificate of registered electrical engineer in People's Republic of China (PRC).
Meet the requirements of Article 10 of the Interim Provisions on the Qualification System of Registered Electrical Engineers, and meet one of the following conditions, you can apply to take the basic examination:
(1) Obtaining a bachelor's degree or above in this major (electrical engineering and electrical engineering automation) or similar major (automation, electronic information engineering, communication engineering, computer science and technology).
(2) Having obtained a college degree in this major or a similar major, and having been engaged in electrical engineering design for over 1 year. (3) Obtained a bachelor's degree or above in other engineering majors, and engaged in electrical engineering design for 1 year.
Those who pass the basic examination and meet one of the following conditions may apply for taking the professional examination:
(1) Having been engaged in electrical engineering design for 2 years after obtaining the professional doctorate; Or after obtaining a similar professional doctorate, he has been engaged in electrical engineering design for 3 years.
(two) after obtaining the master's degree in this major, he has been engaged in electrical engineering design for 3 years; Or after obtaining a master's degree in a similar major, he has been engaged in electrical engineering design for 4 years.
(3) Obtained a double bachelor's degree including this major or graduated from the postgraduate class of this major, and has been engaged in electrical engineering design for 4 years; Or after graduating from a double bachelor's degree or graduate program in a similar major, he has been engaged in electrical engineering design for 5 years.
(four) after obtaining a bachelor's degree or a degree that has passed the professional education evaluation, he has been engaged in electrical engineering design for 4 years; Or after obtaining a bachelor's degree or degree that has not passed the professional education evaluation, he has been engaged in electrical engineering design for 5 years; Or after obtaining a bachelor's degree or degree in a similar major, he has been engaged in electrical engineering design for 6 years.
(five) after obtaining a college degree in this major, he has been engaged in electrical engineering design for 6 years; Or after obtaining a college degree in a similar major, he has been engaged in electrical engineering design for 7 years.
(6) Having obtained a bachelor's degree or above in other engineering majors, he has been engaged in electrical engineering design for 8 years.

(1) Having been engaged in electrical engineering design for 5 years after obtaining the professional doctorate; Or after obtaining a doctorate in a similar major, he has been engaged in electrical engineering design for 6 years.
(two) after obtaining the master's degree in this major, he has been engaged in electrical engineering design for 6 years; Or after obtaining a master's degree in similar major, he has been engaged in electrical engineering design for 7 years.
(3) Obtained a double bachelor's degree including this major or graduated from the postgraduate class of this major, and has been engaged in electrical engineering design for 7 years; Or after graduating from a double bachelor's degree or graduate program in a similar major, he has been engaged in electrical engineering design for 8 years.
(four) after obtaining a bachelor's degree or degree in this major, he has been engaged in electrical engineering design for 8 years; Or after obtaining a bachelor's degree or degree in a similar major, he has been engaged in electrical engineering design for 9 years.
(five) after obtaining a college degree in this major, he has been engaged in electrical engineering design for 9 years; Or have been engaged in electrical engineering design for a total of 10 years after obtaining a college degree in a similar major.
(6) Obtained a bachelor's degree or above in other engineering majors, and engaged in electrical engineering design for a total of 12 years.
(seven) after obtaining other engineering professional college degree, engaged in electrical engineering design for 15 years. (eight) after obtaining the professional secondary school education, engaged in electrical engineering design work for 25 years. Or have been engaged in electrical engineering design for 30 years after obtaining technical secondary school education in similar majors. According to the Notice on Approving Hong Kong and Macao Residents to Participate in the Qualification Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel held in the Mainland (No.9 issued by the Ministry of Civil Affairs [2005]), all Hong Kong and Macao residents who meet the corresponding provisions of the qualification examination for asset appraisers can sign up for the examination according to the procedures and requirements specified in the document.
Organize implementation
The Ministry of Personnel, the Ministry of Construction and other relevant departments in the State Council, and the construction administrative departments and personnel administrative departments of the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall guide, supervise and inspect the examination, registration and practice of the qualification of registered electrical engineers in accordance with the Interim Provisions on the Qualification System of Registered Electrical Engineers.
The examination is entrusted to the Personnel Testing Center of the Ministry of Personnel.
The examination system of unified national outline and unified proposition shall be held once a year in principle.
Those who pass the examination shall be issued the Qualification Certificate of People's Republic of China (PRC) Registered Electrical Engineer by the personnel administrative departments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government to the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Construction.
Registration method
To take the exam, I apply, and the unit agrees to register with the local examination management institution. Examination management institutions shall issue admission tickets after passing the examination in accordance with the prescribed procedures and registration conditions. Participants take the test at the time and place specified in the admission ticket.
