When I came to the university, I systematically studied a subject I had never studied before-ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis. This course is divided into two parts-ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis. As far as programming is concerned, it focuses on the teaching of ideological and moral cultivation and consists of six chapters. The basic part of law has been initially contacted in middle school, so two chapters are designed.

The study of ideological and moral cultivation is a process of helping all of us to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life, values, morality and legal system, lay a solid ideological and moral foundation and improve our self-cultivation, which is of great significance for promoting our all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique and beauty. Educate all of us how to deal with the relationship between ideal and reality, rights and obligations, individual and collective, competition and cooperation, freedom and discipline, friendship and love, study and work; How to be a person, what kind of person you are, what kind of life is meaningful, and what kind of life pursuit is valuable-

It is of great significance to study ideological and moral cultivation, clearly establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, and cultivate a sense of mission in this era of bidding farewell to middle school and just entering the university gate and welcoming a brand-new life. Learning this course can help us to make clear the hopes and requirements of the Party and the country for college students, the opportunities and challenges faced by our own growth, the historical mission we shoulder, the direction of our efforts, the goal of progress, the ways and methods of growing up and becoming talents, and prepare for future achievements. Through study, I have made it clear that I pursue lofty ideals and strengthened my lofty beliefs; Inherit the patriotic tradition and carry forward the national spirit; Understand the true meaning of life and create the value of life; Strengthen moral cultivation and temper moral quality; Abide by social morality and maintain public order; Cultivate professionalism and establish family virtues. These are the necessary conditions for becoming a qualified socialist builder.

I also benefited a lot from studying the basic part of law. Through the introduction of the formation, composition, formulation, application, implementation and supervision of the law, I have a new understanding of the law. As a college student, it is very necessary to strengthen legal awareness, carry forward the spirit of legal system, understand the spirit of socialist legal system, understand the connotation of socialist legal system in China, and understand the socialist legal system and its operation in China, so as to better build a socialist country ruled by law. In addition, to build a harmonious socialist society, we need to establish the concepts of socialist legal system, legal rights and obligations and equality before the law. Strengthening the awareness of national security, establishing a new concept of national security, mastering the legal knowledge of national security and fulfilling the obligation of safeguarding national security are the necessary qualities for college students in the new century. Strengthening socialist legal cultivation, cultivating socialist way of thinking and establishing and maintaining socialist legal authority are the basic conditions we need as successors of socialist construction in the new century. Understand the legal system, consciously abide by the law, understand the Constitution, China's national system, the basic rights and obligations of Chinese citizens, and the characteristics and laws of China's state institutions; Understand the substantive legal system of China-administrative, civil and commercial, economic and criminal legal systems; Understanding of China's litigation legal system-praise for administrative litigation, civil litigation, criminal litigation, arbitration and mediation system is a prerequisite for engaging in various social activities in the future, which is of great significance to all kinds of work and activities after entering the society.

In a word, through the study of the course "Ideological and Moral Basis", I have made clear my direction, cultivated my ideological and moral sentiments, strengthened my socialist belief, enhanced my legal awareness and laid a solid foundation for my future growth.
