1. Employment survey report
In order to truly and objectively reflect the current situation of employed and unemployed people in xx District, grasp the difficulties and problems they encounter in the process of employment, and provide decision-making basis for doing a good job in the employment and reemployment of unemployed people, our bureau has carried out relevant investigation and analysis activities. The investigation and analysis report is as follows: 1. Basic information.
leave out
Second, the labor market supply and demand situation
Judging from the employment position and job registration, the employment position in our district can't meet the job demand of the unemployed.
Third, entrepreneurship promotes the progress of employment.
As of May, 263 people in xx District have completed entrepreneurship training, and 105 people have successfully started their own businesses. According to statistics, there are 4,435 individual industrial and commercial households registered in xx District, with 6,003 employees, including 743 new households in 202/kloc-0, 330 registered private enterprises and 6,352 employees, including 39 new households in 202/kloc-0.
In September, 20021year, the administrative department for industry and commerce in our district has cancelled the registration fee, handling fee, production fee and other fees, and granted relief to the unemployed for starting a business. However, judging from the increasing speed of individual industrial and commercial households and private enterprises and the development of entrepreneurship training, the unemployed have poor creativity and slow development.
Fourth, the employment situation analysis and existing problems
Judging from the current situation, employers' willingness to recruit has dropped significantly, which has made the employment problem of all kinds of unemployed people more acute and directly affected the stability of the employment situation. At the same time, because the phenomenon of layoffs in enterprises is still spreading, the number of unemployed people and zero-employment families will further increase, and it will be more difficult for long-term unemployed people, people with various difficulties and disabled people to find jobs.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) An analysis of the reasons why the unemployed find it difficult to find a job.
(1) Personal reasons:
First, the expectations of employment and salary are too high. I don't know my position and goal. One-step, idealized job requirements make it difficult for some unemployed people to find jobs. The salary expectation is higher than the social reality level, resulting in some unemployed people without jobs. Second, some unemployed people have outdated employment concepts. In recent years, the tertiary industry in our region has developed rapidly, creating many new jobs. Service posts such as catering and bathing, and posts such as residential property cleaning, greening and sanitation cleaning are considered to be unseemly posts. Locals don't want to do it locally, but go to other places to do it. Most of these jobs in our district are done by outsiders or retirees. In particular, the newly-born labor force has a low eye, is unwilling to engage in dirty and tired work, lacks the spirit of hard work and is more face-saving, and is afraid of being looked down upon by relatives and friends because they are engaged in bottom-level work. Third, the lack of professional skills has become the threshold for employment. Some unemployed people, especially those who have changed from employment to unemployment, used to have a single job skill, and their skills could not be brought into play after job-hopping. However, employers put forward higher and higher requirements for the practical operation ability and the ability to adapt to changes in the working environment, which restricted the employment of unemployed people. Fourth, the lack of awareness of self-employment. Unemployed people's understanding of entrepreneurship is not comprehensive, and even there are obvious defects, one of which is the lack of management experience, insufficient understanding of the industry, and insufficient understanding of the market and marketing. There are still some unemployed people who always want to work in formal units and large enterprises. Even if they achieve flexible employment, they hide that hidden employment is very common.
(2) Social reasons:
First, the employment channels for the unemployed are not smooth. At present, the employment channels are nothing more than recommendation of employment agencies, introduction of acquaintances and social recruitment, and some special positions are only applicable to specific groups. For most unemployed people, the recommendation of employment agencies and job fairs are the most important employment channels. At present, the lack of jobs in enterprises is far from meeting the needs of unemployed people.
Second, the enterprise employment system is unreasonable. The employment system of some private enterprises is extremely unreasonable, and the phenomenon of refusing to sign labor contracts and pay social insurance for employees often occurs. In addition, at present, the starting salary of enterprises is low and the fine system is harsh. At the same time, employers also set barriers such as experience and gender to reject some unemployed people with single skills.
Third, the employment cost of the unemployed is relatively high. Because the residents in the mining area live in remote places, such as working in industrial parks or urban areas, their daily round-trip transportation and lunch expenses constitute their employment costs, accounting for nearly half of their income. However, the employment cost of women in mining areas is higher, especially for women aged 30-45. In addition to the above expenses, plus the child's custody fee, the income is basically not much.
(C) the main focus of current employment:
From the perspective of labor supply, employment pressure can not be ignored. With the steady progress of urbanization and the further transfer of rural labor force, as well as the increase of school graduates at all levels, the scale of new urban labor force will be further expanded. Coupled with the number of unemployed people and labor transfer in 20021year and the wait-and-see attitude of hidden employees to jobs, the total supply of urban labor force will increase greatly in 20021year. On the other hand, there is a general lack of skilled operators with technology and professional knowledge, which has caused structural contradictions in employment.
Through the investigation of labor costs and employees' wages of 10000 employment monitoring enterprises in the province, the investigation scope includes 18 employees in accommodation and catering, manufacturing, wholesale and retail, electricity, heat, gas and water production and supply industries. Through the systematic statistical analysis of workers' wages, the guiding price of Guangdong labor force wages last year was finally calculated.
2. Employment survey report
1. The purpose of the survey is to find out which accounting posts have been set up in various enterprises, and the education level, professional titles and working years of accounting personnel. What are the basic requirements of a qualified accountant? In order to improve in future study and life.
Second, the survey object and scope
Accounting posts in large, medium and small enterprises and institutions are mainly distributed in xx city and Xingsha area.
Third, the content of the investigation
It mainly investigates the nature of each unit and the setting of accounting posts, the educational level of accounting personnel, accounting titles, accounting years, majors studied, gender and views on accounting employment prospects.
Fourth, the survey method
Through on-site written questionnaire survey and on-site communication, we can understand the relevant situation and main viewpoints of nearly 50 accounting practitioners. * * * 25 questionnaires were distributed, and the score was 16. This questionnaire is divided into multiple-choice questions and multiple-choice questions (see the survey schedule for details).
Investigation and analysis of verbs (abbreviation of verb)
Judging from the survey results, the proportion of enterprise types we investigated is as follows:
(1) From the table, college education accounts for a large proportion, followed by undergraduate education. This shows that the requirements of accounting major for academic qualifications are relatively low. College students are relatively competitive in this field. Judging from the ratio of men to women, the ratio of men to women is 2: 3. It can be seen that women account for half of the country. However, men are more responsible for accounting, and women are more responsible for cashiers and chief accountants. From the perspective of working years, few people work as cashiers, and the proportion is 2-3 years, followed by 3-5 years. Among them, the longer the accounting period, the higher the post level. This confirms the saying that "the older an accountant is, the more popular he is". In terms of professional titles, there are more general accountants and junior professional titles, followed by intermediate ones, and less advanced and notes, reflecting the lack of high-end top talents and experienced talents in today's society. In addition, as can be seen from Table 5, the accounting major is still a relatively corresponding major, and 60% of the surveyed accountants were all accounting majors before. So students are more likely to engage in accounting in the future.
(2) In the survey, the application of accounting business processing ability by accountants in practical work is extremely prominent, while other economic business processing ability, tax business processing ability, statistical analysis ability and auditing ability are relatively few. Their application proportions are shown in the following figure:
(3) When asked about the position of accounting in departmental economic management activities in the questionnaire, many people ticked the more important item, indicating that our accountants should also have the ability to analyze the economic situation and make economic decisions. In addition, 45% people think the accounting industry has a bright future, 15% people think it has no future, 13% people think it has no future, and 20% people think it varies from person to person. 10% thinks it is very promising. Regarding the stability of accounting work, 55% people think that the stability of accounting work is generally stable, 15% people think it is unstable, and 30% people think it varies from person to person.
(4) Through the exchange of accounting personnel, they think that professional knowledge and professional ethics are more important in the basic requirements of holding a post, followed by professional qualification certificate and honest, trustworthy, objective and fair attitude, which shows that most accounting practitioners now have professional ethics and professional knowledge. The following is a summary of the accounting knowledge structure.
Sixth, investigation experience
1, summary
As a qualified accountant, you need to have the following:
(1) must have good professional quality, professional ethics and professional attitude.
(2) Have a rigorous work attitude.
(2) Strong financial basic knowledge and professional knowledge to learn basic theoretical knowledge.
(3) Insist on learning a wide range of knowledge. But we should not only learn accounting-related knowledge, but also learn economic-related knowledge.
(4) Master computerized accounting and constantly improve English.
(5) Good communication skills and comprehensive quality.
2. Suggestions on university teaching.
Cultivate compound applied talents who meet the needs of society, have strong theoretical and practical skills and high comprehensive quality. Strengthen computer accounting, professional courses and simulation training of various courses, and jointly run schools with enterprises.
3. Employment survey report
In view of the current difficult employment situation of college students, the Youth League Committee of the College of Literature, based on the reality, made a questionnaire on college students' employment intention, and investigated and analyzed 50 students of grade 20xx, grade 20xx and grade 20xx. Through the questionnaire survey, we found that: 1. The current employment situation of college students.
It is difficult for college students to find jobs. The general reason is that the total number of college graduates has increased obviously year by year, but the demand of the job market has not increased rapidly, which leads to the grim employment prospects of college graduates this year and next.
Second, the views on the employment of college students
According to a survey of 50 college students, 96% of them think that it is difficult for college students to find jobs at present, and they are pessimistic about their employment prospects. Only a few college students are not worried about the employment prospects, and think that the employment situation is normal and competition is inevitable.
The survey shows that the lack of personal ability has become a fundamental problem that restricts the employment of college students. Employment ability is different from the general concept of ability, which refers to the social practice ability and job-seeking skills that college students need to enter the talent market. This questionnaire survey shows that as many as 46% of college students think that "lack of social experience" is the most troublesome factor for college students' employment. 38% of the students said that the lack of personal ability is the primary problem that restricts their success in job hunting. 12% of the students think that the lack of job hunting skills is the most headache in the job hunting process.
The results of the questionnaire survey show that 70% of the students in school said that part-time job, tutoring or being a student cadre are the ways to increase their future job search success. However, graduates who have just set foot on their jobs believe that students should do more social practice related to their majors, which is the way to improve their job search success. This is a misunderstanding of social practice by college students.
Third, the separation between higher education and market demand.
According to the survey, most college students think that the current college education can't fully meet the market demand, and the college education is derailed from the market demand, which makes it difficult for college graduates to choose their units and occupations when they are employed. Judging from the current situation, the professional structure of colleges and universities lags behind the market development. The expansion of enrollment in 1999 caused a sharp increase in the number of college students, but the majors of enrollment expansion were relatively concentrated and higher education became popular. However, the relative concentration of majors leads to the oversupply of some majors, which makes it difficult for college students to find jobs.
Fourthly, the current situation of college students' employment intention is analyzed.
According to the survey, most college students are worried about the current employment situation and have great employment pressure. Questionnaire survey shows that 58% of college students think it is difficult to find a job at present; 12% of college students think it doesn't matter; 20% of college students are optimistic about the current employment situation. 6% students think that the employment pressure is too great and there is no hope.
1. Due to employment pressure, 30% of students plan to take postgraduate entrance examination after graduation to increase their competitiveness; 24% students plan to choose a job after graduation; 8% students intend to advocate self-employment after graduation; 4% students plan to go abroad after graduation; 14% students don't know how to choose; 20% students have other plans after graduation.
2. When choosing a job, everyone pays more attention to their future development in the unit and requires their career to conform to their own plans. Most students regard employment as a lifelong event and think that "once employment is lifelong", which is a heavy mental burden, and it is often impossible to correctly locate employment expectations.
Everyone has a high demand for salary, which is generally expected to be more than 3,000 yuan. Most students ignore their own conditions, personal specialties and future growth. Graduates can't locate themselves reasonably according to their own situation, and can't properly show their strengths to employers, thus missing opportunities and affecting employment.
Most students have made career plans. 28% students made their own career plans, and 24% students made their career plans through school teachers. 14% of students have made career planning through off-campus consulting institutions. 16% students have never made a career plan.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) on college students' employment.
1. Facing the severe employment situation, the employment of college students is becoming more and more pessimistic. College students should improve their employability and do a good job in career planning. For many graduates, it is not so much the difficulty in finding jobs as the confusion in finding jobs and not knowing what kind of jobs they should be engaged in. Lack of scientific planning for their future development often becomes an important reason why they are at a loss when facing employment pressure. Doing a good job in career planning is the basis of improving employability.
2. During the study in school, we should not only pay attention to the professional knowledge, but ignore the psychological status. In the process of finding a job, some students will never recover once they don't change their ways, which is also a reason why it is difficult for college students to find a job. College students should pay attention to exercise their perseverance, fully understand the employment information in job hunting, feel and calmly deal with all difficulties encountered, and remove obstacles on the road to success with a positive attitude.
3. Correct the employment mentality and change the employment concept.
(1) First of all, we should take the initiative to apply for a job, instead of passively "waiting, relying and wanting". Many college students pin their employment on social relations resources, or ask the school to solve the employment problem. In fact, under the condition of market economy, China has realized the two-way choice of employment system, and it is a very important way for college students to actively improve themselves, because their competence depends on their own strength.
(2) Secondly, we should break the traditional concept of employment and realize diversified employment. College students are often under the pressure of traditional ideas and traditional psychology from society and family when choosing a job. Many people choose big cities, "iron rice bowls" and foreign companies, and few people choose the west and grassroots. This makes employment a "single-plank bridge". At this time, college students should change their employment concept and face the reality, so as to find a job that can show their strength quickly.
(3) Finally, avoid blind pursuit and know yourself correctly. Higher education in China is now transforming into "popular education". Some college students lack the sense of crisis, "cleverness is outwitted by cleverness", blindly pursue high-level employment and high salary, and there is a phenomenon of "getting together" in the types and fields of career choice, which leads to the disconnection between supply and demand, which is also one of the reasons for the difficulty of college students' employment. Only by changing the previous concept of "elite employment" and establishing a "popular" employment concept of matching people with posts can college students achieve employment.
4. Employment survey report
On August 22nd, 20xx, my summer practice group conducted a job-seeking and employment survey near Hailong Electronic Mall. The main targets of the survey are pedestrians, customers and staff in some shopping malls. Through this survey, we not only got a lot of information and knowledge about job hunting and employment, but also felt the hard work and learned more about society. I. Purpose of the investigation
1. Understand people's requirements and job satisfaction.
2. Understand people's value orientation when choosing jobs.
3. Understand people's views on college students' employment.
Second, the survey method
Mainly in the form of questionnaires to understand the respondents, to obtain their attitudes and views on job hunting, treatment, work and so on. * * * 98 questionnaires were distributed and 96 valid questionnaires were recovered.
Third, the analysis of the survey results
(A) Analysis of the respondents
Of all the respondents, 80% are in the age group of 18-25, and 14% are in the age group of 26-35. Young people have become the main targets of our investigation. In the survey, 35.4% people expect a monthly salary of1000-2,500 yuan, 29% respondents think that a monthly salary of 2,500-3,500 yuan is very satisfactory, and 2 1% respondents expect a monthly salary of 3,500-5,000 yuan. It can be seen that among the interviewees, there is a strong sense of more work and more money, diligence and thrift, and they have their own principles and pursuits for work treatment. Due to the choice of the survey site, the educational level of the respondents is relatively high, with 75% of the respondents mastering English and 1 mastering English, French and Russian. Three people master a second foreign language. It is worth noting that middle-aged people (over 36 years old), who only account for about 5% of the total number of people surveyed, basically get jobs through school allocation after graduation, and now earn 3500-5000 yuan a month. The emergence of these situations is closely related to educational reform and policy adjustment.
(b) Analysis of employment and other issues
First of all, it is worth mentioning that as many as 90% of the respondents found their first formal job within four months, which shows that most graduates who stayed in Beijing found jobs in a short time, which also reflects the employment trend of contemporary college students from another side, that is, to find jobs as soon as possible (which is related to the proportion of foreigners among graduates), and to stay in Beijing for development, we must gain a foothold as soon as possible.
In the whole survey, 28% of the respondents were optimistic when answering the question of college students' employment, 45% felt that there were some difficulties in college students' employment, and 14% thought that the employment prospects of college students were worrying, which showed that the employment of contemporary college students was not as easy as before, but it was not as difficult as some people said. You must work hard to find a good job. The survey also found that people willing to work in private enterprises accounted for 29%, ranking first, followed by foreign companies, accounting for 27%. 1%, state-owned enterprises ranked third with 2 1%, and government agencies ranked fourth with 10%. In the past, the concept of "iron rice bowl" in people's minds has disappeared, and it has been replaced by more work and more pay. With regard to the application of what they have learned after work, 83% of the respondents think that they can use what they have learned. Among them, 15% of the respondents are engaged in their own professional work, and 68% of them said that they need a considerable amount of professional knowledge in their work. Therefore, it is very necessary to learn professional knowledge and public courses that play a fundamental role.
The survey shows that nearly 40% of the respondents are dissatisfied with the current treatment, while only 12% are satisfied with the current treatment, and half of the respondents are satisfied. It seems that it is difficult for most young people to find a satisfactory job, but from these data, we can see that contemporary college students are not as arrogant as some people say, but have a knowledge from the grassroots. The survey also shows that when choosing a job, 58% of the respondents take personal preference as the first reference, 18% choose a job with better salary, and 18% prefer a relaxed working environment. It can be seen that most people want to find a job that suits their interests and find fun in their work, so that they will be more motivated in the long run. However, such emotional choice also has its drawbacks. Whether to find a job you like or apply your abilities to the position you need, the weight needs to be weighed. After all, blind job hunting is untenable in today's highly competitive society.
Four. Activity summary
In the survey, we saw all kinds of workers, and also got a general understanding of their job hunting and employment, as well as their views on job hunting and employment. Every choice they make is an important reference for our college students. Through these questionnaires and data, we can learn a lot about job hunting and employment. And among the people who answered the questionnaire, they all gave people a feeling of peace, cheerfulness and enthusiasm. Even some college graduates in the 1980s expressed their support and understanding for our practical activities.
Under the social conditions that science and technology are the primary productive forces, college students should learn more about society, seize opportunities and make preparations early. The most important thing is to learn knowledge well and improve their abilities in college, so as to gain a firm foothold in society and not be afraid of challenges. Only with real skills can we face the future with confidence!
5. Employment survey report
I. Investigation Background With the beginning of the internship career of XX sophomores in our school in 20xx, various employment situations are also in front of us. In view of this situation, make an analysis report on the employment situation of graduates.
Second, the purpose of the investigation
Investigate this situation, so that graduates can see clearly the employment phenomenon in the current society, recognize themselves, put themselves in a correct position, be prepared when looking for a job, and handle all kinds of situations well.
Third, the survey method
1. Location: campus.
3. Respondents: XX interns and students of Huaibei Vocational and Technical College.
4. Survey method: sampling survey.
Fourth, the content of the investigation
I already felt the employment atmosphere when I first came to school in March this year. The school began to introduce some internship units and sporadic enterprises of our previous graduates to our school for recruitment. However, at the beginning of the job fair, few people were finally recruited. By understanding the reasons, there are the following points:
(1) At that time, most of us didn't really care too much. Anyway, knowing that you are going to go out for an internship this semester, you should stay in school for a few more days, and I have heard from my former seniors that no matter where you are, you still feel at school. So, enjoy being a student.
(2) The initial' job fair' can only be like a foreshadowing for finding a job in the future, so that we can know what it is like to find a job and gain some experience in finding a job.
(3) For campus recruitment, in fact, many times we know from some people that we are actually coolies and have no work experience and can't learn anything at all. So, we are all waiting for a better job. It's like going shopping.
(4) Some of them are because the family can help you find a job, or it is too far away, so you need to take some exams.
In the meantime, there are still many people left in the school.
After that, it was a relatively large-scale recruitment, and the Department of Finance and Economics of our school recruited sixty or seventy people. Maybe everyone thinks it's a good opportunity at this time, and it's more or less related to their major, so they are professional counterparts. The person recruited is a former senior, reliable, has his growth experience, and can be motivated to work there!
On April 25th, a job fair organized by our school with 154 large and small enterprises participated in the recruitment provided a large number of jobs for our students. At that time, 60% ~ 70% of those who didn't find a job participated, and other students also went to the major talent markets. In mid-May, the students of grade XX in our school basically have internship units.
