Fuding white tea can be divided into four types according to tea varieties and picking grades: Baihao Yinzhen, Bai Mudan, Gongmei and Shoumei, among which Baihao Yinzhen is the most precious. It is not fried or kneaded in the production, so the content of flavonoids is high, and the average content of amino acids is higher than other teas, so Fuding white tea has a good effect of clearing heat and dispelling fire.

Bai Hao Silver Needle: Bai Hao Silver Needle is made of single bud. It takes about 20,000 strong buds of spring tea to make a catty of Bai Hao Silver Needle.

Brewing suggestion: white tea brewing is not picky, as long as it is not too much tea, it will generally not be bitter. You can also soak in a glass, or cover a bowl with kung fu tea. Old white tea can also be boiled and drunk.

Baihao Yinzhen and Bai Mudan: When the cup is covered with tea, the ratio of tea to water is 1:30, and the soup is served for about 30 seconds; When the cup is brewed with tea, the ratio of tea to water is 1:50, and the water temperature is about 95℃.

Storage suggestion

White tea can be preserved for a long time under suitable conditions. Pay attention to moisture and odor prevention. Store away from light. Short-term drinks can be separated from those to be stored for a long time, which can be sealed in a sealed bag and stored in a backlit place. You don't need to put it in the refrigerator. Do not use clay, purple sand and other well-ventilated tea cans for long-term storage.
