The earth gave birth to human beings, and human beings are constantly transforming the earth. The history of human development, in the final analysis, is the entrepreneurial history of human hard struggle. In the process of starting a business, people use all kinds of energy to survive, but at the same time it also brings them different degrees of harm. It is predicted that mankind will eventually be destroyed in the civilization it created. "Resource shortage" has become a matter of great concern to the masses. If we don't consider countermeasures now, there will be no way out for mankind in the future. One day, our energy will be exhausted and human beings will not be able to survive.
Nowadays, many people don't know how to cherish the only energy. A lot of water and electricity are used, many articles that destroy the ozone layer are consumed rapidly, and the amount of waste gas discharged is unimaginable ... who caused all these consequences? It's us humans.
Energy conservation and emission reduction should start from small things, and everyone should work together to create a beautiful home. I put forward the following feasible suggestions:
First, save electricity. Pay attention to turn off the lights when you leave, and you can use efficient and energy-saving light bulbs. According to the estimation of the U.S. Department of Energy, replacing traditional light bulbs with energy-efficient light bulbs can reduce 400 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions. In addition to electric lights, we should also pay attention to the use of other electrical appliances, try to choose low-consumption and energy-saving products, cut off or turn off the power supply when not using electrical appliances, and keep the refrigerator frost-free. When the weather is not very hot in summer, it is best to use fans or electric fans instead of air conditioners. When using the air conditioner, don't adjust the temperature too low, just about 26℃.
Second, save water resources. Many wastewater can be recycled. The water for washing face, hands, vegetables, baths and clothes can be collected to clean the floor, flush the toilet and water the flowers. Taomi water is a good detergent, so you can stay to wash dishes and chopsticks. Oily pots and pans should be cleaned with used napkins first, which saves water and is convenient to wash. You can also use less detergent to reduce water pollution.
Third, save paper. The recycling of paper can avoid methane released by landfill and reduce the felling of trees. According to statistics, recycling one ton of waste paper can produce 800 kilograms of recycled paper, which can reduce the felling of 17 trees. Saving paper is to protect forest resources and the environment.
Fourth, reduce tail gas emissions. Traffic waste gas and industrial waste gas are the main sources of domestic waste gas. Try to go out by bus or taxi, or by bike, and try to take fewer private cars. The city is filled with smoke from burning garbage and goods produced by factories. They should treat and filter the waste gas and then discharge it to reduce pollution. Plants can absorb carbon dioxide and then release oxygen, so we should plant many trees, especially on the roadside.
Five, garbage classification and treatment. Garbage sorting can recycle valuable resources and reduce the energy consumed by landfill and incineration. For example, waste paper is sent directly to a paper mill to produce recycled paper; Disposable commodities such as beverage bottles, cans and plastics can also be sent to related factories to become renewable resources; Household appliances can be sent to specialized manufacturers for decomposition and recycling. Different garbage bags can be prepared at home to collect waste paper, plastics, packaging boxes and so on. Classify and recycle garbage every day, and try to turn waste into treasure.
With the increasing scarcity of global resources, non-renewable resources such as oil and coal are gradually decreasing, but human beings have a long history of using climate resources, and the uses of solar energy, wind energy, hydropower and geothermal energy have created immeasurable value for human beings. Let's briefly talk about the example of human using climate: as early as the Warring States period more than 2,000 years ago, China knew to use a steel four-sided mirror to focus on sunlight and ignite it; Using solar energy to dry agricultural and sideline products. With the development of modern times, the utilization of solar energy is increasingly extensive, including photothermal utilization, photoelectric utilization and photochemical utilization of solar energy. There are two ways to utilize solar energy: passive utilization (photothermal conversion) and photoelectric conversion. Solar power generation is a new way of renewable energy utilization. Solar cells convert the energy contained in sunlight into electric energy through photoelectric conversion, solar water heaters use the heat of sunlight to heat water, hot water is used to generate electricity, and solar energy is used to desalinate seawater. At present, the use of solar energy is not very popular, and there are still problems of high cost and low conversion efficiency in using solar energy to generate electricity, but solar cells have been used to provide energy for artificial satellites. Advantages: (1) universality: the sun shines all over the earth, and both land and sea, mountains and islands can be directly developed and utilized without mining and transportation. (2) Harmless: the development and utilization of solar energy will not pollute the environment, and it is one of the cleanest energy sources, which is extremely valuable in today's increasingly serious environmental pollution. (3) Huge: The solar radiation energy reaching the earth's surface every year is equivalent to13 trillion tons of standard coal, which is the largest energy that can be developed in the world today. (4) Long-term: According to the current speed of nuclear energy generated by the sun, the storage of hydrogen is enough to last for several billion years, and the life of the earth is about several billion years. In this sense, it can be said that the energy of the sun is inexhaustible. At present, the direct utilization of solar energy by human beings is still in the primary stage, mainly including solar heat collection, solar hot water system, solar greenhouse and solar power generation.
