The Department of Chemical Engineering and Environment of Qian 'an University consists of two majors: applied chemistry and industrial analysis and inspection. According to the talent training requirements of "thick foundation, emphasis on practice and strong ability", we will cultivate high-quality applied talents with solid foundation, strong adaptability to practice and innovative spirit. Our department relies on the excellent teachers of the School of Chemical Engineering of North China University of Science and Technology. On the basis of emphasizing professional quality and comprehensive quality education, the course pays attention to the cultivation of basic skills and professional ability. At present, the department has teaching and research section, student office and chemical experiment center.

Our department has hired 8 professors who specialize in chemical technology and analytical chemistry from the School of Chemical Engineering at headquarters. At present, there are faculty members 1 1 person, including 7 professors 1 person and 7 lecturers, who have doctoral degrees 1 person (two other teachers were sent to Tianjin University and Yanshan University to study for doctoral degrees) and master degrees1person.
