(1) Undergraduates must reply after graduation design (thesis) is completed. Before the defense, the college shall examine the students' defense qualifications.
(2) According to the direction of topic selection, the college organized and established several defense teams for undergraduate graduation design (thesis), and the number of defense teams should be 3-5. Members should be people who have the title of deputy senior middle school or above and have strong professionalism and working ability. You can also hire people with the title of deputy senior middle school or above from off-campus units to participate in the graduation project (thesis) defense work of our school.
(3) The date and order of each student's defense will be announced at least 1 day in advance after being arranged by the college. Each student's defense time is generally 20 minutes, including 5-8 minutes of personal brief report.
(four) members of the defense team should prepare questions with different difficulties to ask questions in the defense according to the content and requirements of the subject and around the basic concepts and theories.
(five) after the defense, the defense team should make a written evaluation of the students' graduation design (thesis) and defense, and evaluate the results.
IX. Performance evaluation
(1) The achievement of undergraduate graduation project (thesis) should be based on students' completion of work tasks, research level, independent working ability and innovative spirit, academic research attitude and defense.
(B) Undergraduate graduation design (thesis) performance evaluation can be considered from the following aspects:
1. Literature review and opening report;
2 students' professional level (including basic theory, professional knowledge, foreign language level, practical ability, etc.). );
3. The overall quality of graduation design (thesis) (including topic selection, general idea, scheme design, design (thesis) quality, calculation and test results, text expression, innovation, etc.). );
4. Self-report and answer questions in defense;
5. Opinions of lecturers and reviewers.
(3) Graduation design (thesis) scores of undergraduate students are generally graded by a hundred-point system, which is divided into five grades: excellent (90 ~ 100), good (80 ~ 89), medium (70 ~ 79), passing (60 ~ 69) and failing (below 60).
