What can we learn from German Industry 4.0?
Industry 4.0 links people, machines and things from suppliers to customers in the whole value chain, making its cost closer and closer to the low cost that can be achieved by large-scale efficient production, and will also significantly improve the efficiency of the whole value chain, thus achieving the effect of saving energy and resources. Industry 4.0 will eventually lead people to establish a brand-new business model, change the mode of industrial production and set off a wave of change. German Industry 4.0 originates from the bottom-up strategy spontaneously formed by its industrial and commercial circles, while Made in China 2025 is a top-down strategy, which is put forward around strengthening China's manufacturing industry in the future. Whether it is intelligent manufacturing or the implementation of Industry 4.0, there should be a top-level guiding ideology and detailed planning to give local governments and China industries a clearer positioning and guidance. Look at Germany's implementation of Industry 4.0 and the United States' implementation of Industrial Internet, all of which are supported by strong technical systems. Unfortunately, there is no such technical system in China, and no enterprise can take the lead in integration. There is no complete solution for Industry 4.0 or intelligent manufacturing. At present, the core design software, 3D design software and engineering analysis software used by domestic enterprises are all imported. This means that the promotion and implementation of Industry 4.0 still need to solve many basic problems, and it needs to be implemented step by step, forming typical experience in some key fields, key industries and some advantageous industries, and then promoting it to other fields and industries. There are some key areas that deserve attention. First, high-risk industries, which are the focus of intelligent manufacturing in the future; Second, high-load industries, such as high physical labor; Third, high-tech industries; The fourth is the personalized customization industry. At the same time, efforts should be made to cultivate a group of technical solution suppliers of intelligent manufacturing, support them to build their own industrial ecology, and establish institutional mechanisms and policy guarantees. Science and technology network will connect all links in the value chain and exchange information, and establish a high-speed broadband network covering the whole country to meet the demand of massive data transmission and exchange in the future and establish a big environment to support economic transformation.
