(four) employed to participate in the compilation of local textbooks, advanced learning textbooks, activity class textbooks and teaching reference books organized by the education administrative departments at or above the county level, and the compiled textbooks are promoted or officially published throughout the county.

(five) to participate in education and teaching research and teaching reform experiments, or to participate in local economic, educational and social surveys in combination with teaching practice, and to write valuable scientific research reports or investigation reports, which have been affirmed and popularized by the competent departments at or above the township level.

(six) won the outstanding teaching achievement award at or above the county level.

(7) Teachers engaged in art and sports won 1 awards in county-level performances, exhibitions or competitions sponsored by education, culture and sports departments.

(eight) combined with the characteristics of teaching, self-made teaching AIDS, strengthen intuitive teaching, and achieved remarkable teaching results, which was affirmed by the teaching and research departments at or above the county level.

(9) backbone teachers who have taught in rural areas 15 years or more.
