College or undergraduate graduates who have worked as assistant engineers for more than 4 years (including 5 years), or master graduates who have worked as assistant engineers for more than 2 years, or doctoral graduates who have passed the examination, can declare the title of intermediate engineer;

3) Senior Engineer

Get a bachelor's degree or master's degree in engineering for more than 5 years, or get a doctor's degree in engineering for more than 2 years, you can declare the title of senior engineer;

4) Professor-level senior engineer

Bachelor's degree, master's degree and doctor's degree have obtained the qualification of senior engineer, who has been employed as a senior engineer for more than 5 years (including 5 years) and can apply for professor-level senior engineer.

Two, in accordance with the provisions, take the professional title foreign language and computer examination and pass the examination (professor-level senior engineers or other personnel who meet the relevant conditions can be exempted from the examination).

Three, intermediate title qualification applicants must have two papers; Applicants with the title of senior engineer and senior economist must have published two papers in provincial and municipal professional journals; To apply for a professorial senior engineer, three or more papers must be published in a journal confirmed by a national authority.

Four. Participants:

Article 4 Foreign language conditions

1. I have passed the National Professional Title Foreign Language Examination (Grade B); Professional and technical personnel of subordinate units at or below the county level shall obtain qualified results in the foreign language proficiency test (Grade C);

Article 8 Conditions for performance results

Since my present position, I have had one of the following situations:

First, won more than one third prize of municipal scientific and technological achievements;

Two, to participate in the completion of more than two practical engineering design, construction and installation or new products, new processes, new materials, new equipment, new technology promotion and application projects, and achieved good results, and recognized by relevant parties;

3. Participate in the completion of two listed and departmental scientific research projects;

Four, as a technical backbone, to participate in the completion of two municipal soft science research projects, and write a research report for one of them.

Article 9 Conditions for Papers and Works

Since my present position, I have had one of the following situations:

1. Papers published in professional journals 1 multiple articles;

1. If one of the following conditions is met since taking office, you can declare your academic qualifications and qualifications:

(two) won the provincial (ministerial) level third prize of scientific and technological achievements of more than one major contributor;

(four) as the main designer or technical person in charge of scientific research projects and key projects approved by the provincial (ministerial) level;

(five) published two or more valuable papers in provincial (ministerial) academic journals.

Second, professional and technical personnel who meet the exception declaration shall submit an exception report (indicating which exception conditions are met) by their unit or the personnel department of the vocational reform office, and the exception review can only be carried out after the series of examination and approval by the vocational reform office.

Article 11 Supplementary Provisions

A, who meet the above conditions, can declare the engineer qualification, and according to the prescribed procedures for evaluation. Otherwise, the personnel departments at all levels will not accept it, and the jury will not review it.

Two, this condition shall be implemented as of the date of issuance, which is inconsistent with this condition before.

Three, this condition by the office of the autonomous region, autonomous region engineering technical and economic professional office is responsible for the interpretation of the division of responsibilities.

Four. Specific explanation of words or concepts related to this qualification:
