Jet vacuum pump, also known as jet vacuum ejector, is a vacuum acquisition device that uses fluid to transfer energy and quality. It is mainly used in the vacuum pumping process of various industries, such as material absorption and transportation, condensation, distillation and evaporation, concentration, decoloration and deodorization, oxygen supply and oxygen removal, drying and crystallization filtration, chemical absorption, tail gas (waste gas) neutralization, vacuum pumping, vacuum forming and so on.
Second, the structure principle of jet vacuum pump
Structure of jet vacuum pump
The structure of jet vacuum pump is generally composed of submersible pump, ejector and pump box. Submersible pump and ejector are both finished products, and there is little difference in structural form, but the pump box is generally made by ourselves, including ejector, submersible pump, pump box, film outlet device, vacuum gauge and other components.
2. The principle of jet vacuum pump
The working principle of jet vacuum pump is very simple. The working fluid with a certain pressure is used as the medium, which is sprayed symmetrically and evenly through the nozzle with a certain inclination angle and gathered in a focus. Because the velocity of the injected working fluid is particularly high, the pressure can be converted into velocity energy, so that the pressure in the suction area is reduced, thereby generating a vacuum.
3. What kinds of jet vacuum pumps are there?
According to different working fluids, jet vacuum pumps can be divided into the following four types:
1, steam jet vacuum pump
Using water vapor as working medium, it can be directly discharged into the atmosphere. The pump has the advantages of quick start, small floor space, wide working pressure range and large pumping capacity, and can pump out dust, corrosive, flammable and explosive gases. Disadvantages are high investment in civil engineering (some installation heights need more than 10m) and large consumption of cooling water.
2. Air jet vacuum pump
Using compressed air or atmosphere as working medium, the air flow generates low-pressure suction air or other gases at the nozzle outlet, and then it is compressed and discharged. According to whether the working medium is high-pressure air or atmospheric air, it can be divided into general air jet vacuum pump and atmospheric air jet vacuum pump.
3. Water jet vacuum pump
When the required vacuum degree is not too high, a water ejector with a certain pressure can be used as the working fluid to generate vacuum, and the water spraying speed is often around 15-30m/s, which belongs to rough vacuum equipment, but it has the dual functions of generating vacuum and condensing steam, so it is widely used.
4. Oil diffusion pump and oil booster pump
This jet vacuum pump uses oil as working medium and is the main equipment used to obtain high vacuum or ultra-high vacuum.
