First, the enterprise goal is the overall effect of enterprise activities. Economics assumes that the goal of enterprise management is to pursue profit maximization and long-term enterprise value maximization. In reality, enterprises may aim at maximizing market share and enterprise growth rate. Microeconomic theoretical analysis adopts a single static target hypothesis. Profit motive is a universal, core and lasting force that dominates enterprise behavior. This simplified assumption is reasonable. Based on this assumption, the theoretical research on various behaviors of enterprises, such as output, price and competitive strategy, has fully revealed the essence of enterprise behavior and constituted the basic assumption of the economic theoretical system.

Vision is a prospect and an ideal that can guide employees to move forward. Vision helps to determine development goals, and development goals help to achieve vision.

Third, the so-called enterprise target management refers to: the top leader of the organization works out the overall goal to be achieved in organizing business activities in a certain period of time according to the organization's situation and social needs, and then implements it layer by layer, requiring the supervisors of subordinate departments and even each employee to form a target system according to the goals and guarantee measures formulated by superiors, and taking the completion of the target as the basis for assessment. In short, management by objectives is a system or method, which allows the executives and employees of an organization to personally participate in the formulation of goals, conduct self-control in their work, and strive to achieve their work goals.

Fourthly, an enterprise's competitive strategy can be formulated according to its business units, and its specific requirements and business strategies can be determined, so as to make decisions on different operations at all business levels: increasing investment, maintaining the status quo, liquidation, etc. There are regional differences in the competitive strategies of enterprises. We can formulate different competitive strategies for different regions, focus on the competitive strategies of core regions and key regions, conduct differentiated operations, and maximize profits. It is formulated by different subsidiaries, and different competitive strategies are formulated for each company to ensure that their resource capabilities are fully exerted. The strategies formulated by different subsidiaries are combined with the overall planning led by the headquarters.
