Chen Yunfei, professor/doctoral supervisor, winner of the National Outstanding Youth Fund in 2009. Mainly engaged in micro-nano electromechanical systems, tribology, micro-nano biomedical devices and other research work, as the first person in charge, presided over the completion of 3 national natural science foundations, 2 natural science foundations of Jiangsu Province, and 863MEMS major projects 1. At present, he is in charge of 2 National Natural Science Foundations, National Major Basic Research Program 1, Jiangsu Natural Science Foundation 1 (academic leader), and doctoral program of Ministry of Education 1.
