Education (degree) accounts for 12.5%, professional work experience accounts for 17%, current work experience accounts for 12.5%, annual assessment accounts for 8%, honorary title (administrative reward) accounts for 8%, and the reward for educational and teaching achievements since taking office accounts for 17%.

When taking part in job title recruitment, it is important to quantify the various environments of participants and publish papers. The total evaluation score of the participants is 100, among which the highest score of published papers is 10 (the highest score varies from major to major).

Relevant regulations:

(1) All papers should be written, published or exchanged in this major or similar majors (including works, translations and translations), subject to the certificate and the original text. These include:

International authoritative retrieval academic journals refer to foreign journals included in four international indexes: sci, ssci, ei and istp.

Foreign periodicals refer to foreign periodicals with international standard serial number (issn);

Professional focus journals refer to journals in their own professional fields confirmed by the retrieval reports provided by China Institute of Science and Technology Information, Peking University Library and Peking University Library.

National academic journals refer to those with international standard serial number (issn) and domestic unified serial number (cn);

General publications include papers, collections, supplements and popular science publications of provincial and ministerial academic conferences;

Technical reports (papers) mainly refer to the reports (papers) of individuals engaged in professional and technical work in a certain field, including technical business plans, planning schemes, research reports, technical specifications and standards, professional and technical management rules and regulations, etc.

(2) The level of papers (works) and their published publications (conference exchange papers) shall be determined by the experts organized by the Oil Field Company's Vocational Reform Office.

(3) The paper score shall be the score obtained by dividing the corresponding grade score of the paper (work) by the number of authors. For example, if you publish a paper in a national journal, the corresponding grade score of the paper is 7. If you borrow a personal work, the paper will get 7. If you borrow two people to write it, the score should be 3.5.

(4) If more than one paper is published or exchanged, it will be scored according to the highest score of the paper. After the scores of other papers are accumulated with the foundation, the total score of the paper will be x 10%. For example, a participant * * * published (exchanged) three papers, of which the first one was written by two people and published in a national academic journal, the second one was written by two people and published in a general journal, and the third one was written by two people and published in a general journal. Then the scores of the first, second and third papers of this comrade are 3, 6 and 3 respectively.

(5) If the same paper is published in different journals, it will not be repeated: if the paper is similar to the award-winning achievement, it will not be repeated.

It is not difficult to find an institution. Just pay attention to the following. It's the same for everyone. Judge for yourself.

First, consider the purpose of your paper, and evaluate whether it is a secondary vocational school or a higher vocational school. Generally speaking, secondary vocational schools can publish at or above the provincial level, and higher vocational schools need national or even core journals. Graduation thesis, or according to the requirements of the school.

Second, considering the price, the provincial and national core prices are different, but we can't pursue low prices again and again. There are too many fake publications on the Internet, and it doesn't matter if you are cheated for hundreds of years. The main reason is to delay things and evaluate the title once a year (if you want to find someone who can pay with Alipay).

Third, the question of time. After the publication is confirmed, it must be determined whether it can be found by the General Administration of Press and Publication. Then time. Generally, it takes 1 month for a magazine to be finalized and published, and it may catch up with the peak in March. If the other party promises you everything, I will send you the manuscript today and tomorrow. This is definitely a fake publication.

Fourth, the price is hard to say. There are too many kinds of magazines, and the prices are judged according to the provincial and national levels. The words of core journals are very different.
