The corrugated structure of metal corrugated pipe culvert can make the culvert pavement stress reasonable, the load distribution is uniform, and it has certain anti-deformation ability, which can solve the damage problem of concrete structures of bridges and pipe culverts in northern cold areas (frost). There is no expansion joint on the pavement to improve driving comfort; It is beneficial to improve the "staggered platform" phenomenon at the junction of soft soil foundation structure and embankment, and improve the driving safety. The post-construction operation and maintenance cost of corrugated pipe culvert is low, and the actual project cost is also lower than that of the same span bridge and culvert. The inlet and outlet of steel corrugated pipe culvert can also be made into oblique mouth according to the slope ratio. The diameter range of corrugated pipe is 0.5 ~ 8 m, and the thickness of pipe wall is 3 mm~7 mm, which can meet the needs of filling soil with a thickness of 0.5 ~ 40 m.
I. Structural analysis:
(1) This figure assumes that both corrugated pipe and soil are elastic bodies.
(2) Without considering the friction between the soil column at the top of the culvert and the surrounding fill, the angle distribution method is used for calculation, and the semi-infinite elastic body theory is used for accounting.
(3) Weight of soil: According to the weight theory of soil column, the internal friction angle φ = 30, and the bearing capacity of soil is 18KN/m3.
Second, the structural treatment:
(1) The corrugated pipe is a circular integral pipe, which is assembled by integral pipe joints and connected by flange bolts.
(2) Corrugated steel culvert pipes should be treated with hot dip galvanizing and other anti-corrosion treatments after processing. If galvanized steel plate is used for processing, secondary treatment must be carried out after processing.
(3) The integral pipe connecting flange is made of angle steel and steel plate, and the corrugated plate is butt welded. Fasteners are standard fasteners in the national standard, and their strength and specifications should meet the mechanical requirements and not be lower than the strength requirements of pipelines. The washer is matched with the fastener. Bolts and nuts are hot-dip galvanized.
(4) The pipe wall and supporting accessories are galvanized, and the average thickness of galvanized layer is more than 84um. After the culvert is transported to the construction site, asphalt shall be painted on both sides of the site.
(5) The sealing material shall be a rubber sealing ring with good durability or a square asbestos packing sealing strip.
