2. Recommending graduate students who are exempt from examination, referred to as "pushing graduate students" for short, refers to a situation in which they go to graduate schools directly without taking postgraduate examinations.
3. The recommendation of graduate students who are exempt from examination shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Education on recommending a few outstanding undergraduate graduates to engage in graduate work without examination. Generally, there are several stages, such as issuing insurance research measures or manuals, preparing and sending materials, written interviews, pre-admission and registration.
4. The conditions for recommending graduate students who are exempt from examination are:
1) supports the leadership of the * * * production party in China, and is willing to serve the socialist modernization, with good moral character and law-abiding;
2) Outstanding fresh graduates of national key universities who are recommended by their alma mater for exemption. Peking University, Renmin University and Tsinghua are even more demanding. For example, Peking University requires students to:
(1) Complete the credit requirements of all courses and practical links (including graduation thesis or internship) specified in the undergraduate training plan;
(2) The graduation thesis or internship score should be above "good";
(3) After obtaining the initial qualification, the compulsory, restricted and public courses of the undergraduate course shall not fail;
(4) Having not received any punishment from the date of initial qualification to the date of registration.
5. It can be seen that there is no clear requirement for the publication of papers recommending graduate students who are exempt from examination, and the exemption requirements of different schools are different, so it is not necessary to have papers published.
