In the science and engineering majors, foreign language English and German majors, liberal arts and law majors, we will conduct independent selection and admission pilots.
First, the enrollment objects and conditions
Political qualification, ideological and moral qualification, excellent academic performance, physical and mental health, high comprehensive quality, and meet one of the following conditions:
Class A: major in science and engineering (science students only)
1, majoring in aviation model (production and flight control), won national and world-class competitions in high school;
2. In the high school stage, he won the second prize in the provincial division of mathematics or physics in the national Olympic competition for middle school students (including the second prize);
3. In the high school stage, he won the second prize of Chemistry, Biology and Informatics in the National Olympic Competition for Middle School Students;
4, high school in scientific and technological innovation, invention has outstanding performance and won the provincial first prize or above, or have a patent;

The principal of the provincial model high school can recommend 1-2 students with excellent achievements in all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique and beauty or with special talents to take the selection examination, giving priority to the listed student base schools in our school.
Class B: major in English and German (liberal arts are not limited).
Excellent students who have a strong interest in foreign languages, have special talents in language and culture, and are willing to study English and German majors in our school (they are not allowed to change majors after admission), who meet one of the following conditions:

Second, the application procedure:
1. Online registration: In 2009, our school adopted online registration for independent selection and admission. The online registration time starts from 24 October 2008/kloc-0 and ends on 20 February 2008. Students must log in to the "Online Registration System" of Beihang Admissions Network, register according to the prompt information, and print the registration form.
2. Middle school recommendation: download and print the recommendation form from Beihang Admissions Network, and the middle school is responsible for filling in the academic achievements, comments and recommendations, and stamping them at the corresponding positions. Middle schools should ensure that students' application materials are true and effective.
3.65438 Before February 20th, the following written materials will be bound into a volume (A4 paper) and sent to the Admissions Office of Beihang University (all submitted application materials will not be returned):
(1) Registration form (printed after online registration is successful), and the photo office must be stamped with the official seal of the middle school;

Third, the selection process.
Our school has set up an expert review group composed of experts from functional departments and related disciplines, which is specifically responsible for the implementation of independent selection and enrollment.
1. Preliminary examination: First, our school will conduct a preliminary examination of the admitted students. Students can log on to the "Online Registration System" of the Admissions Network after February 20, 65438 to inquire about the preliminary examination results and examination arrangements. Those who pass the preliminary examination can download the notice of self-enrollment selection examination. Students who fail the initial test will not be notified.
2. Re-examination assessment: Students who pass the preliminary examination must take the independent selection examination of Beihang University.

Class A: written test (including mathematics, physics, English and comprehensive knowledge) and interview (making airplane models for aviation model students);
B and C: written test (including mathematics, English and comprehensive knowledge) and interview;

(4) Examination arrangement: Candidates are requested to report to the Chen Xing Theater in the North Building of Zhixing Building of our school on June 2, 2009 (9: 00 a.m.-5: 00 p.m.) with the original ID card and the Notice of Self-enrollment Selection Examination, and take photos on the spot and print the admission ticket. 3. Determination of the selected list: The award-winning situation, written test, interview and middle school performance of students will be fully considered, and the candidate list will be reviewed by the expert review team and submitted to the admissions leading group of our school for review, so as to determine the list of students selected for independent enrollment.
Candidates selected for foreign languages and liberal arts must sign a good faith agreement with our school.
5. Publicity of the selected list: The list of qualified candidates will be publicized on the admissions website of our school, and reported to the Ministry of Education and the provincial admissions office where the students are located for the record and online publicity.
Fourth, the admission method:
1, the selected candidates are required to take the college entrance examination, and the first batch of the first volunteers fill in Beihang University (including the provinces and cities in parallel volunteer) and fill in the professional volunteers within the professional scope of our enrollment plan announced by this province.
2. After Selected Graduates reported that our school was the first choice and knew the score line of the college entrance examination, he filled in the Confirmation Form of Independent Enrollment before June 30, 2009 and sent it back to our office; If it is not confirmed in time, our school will be regarded as giving up volunteering and no longer enjoying the preferential policy of independent enrollment.
3. Candidates whose total college entrance examination scores (including extra points) are lower than the local filing scores of arts and sciences in our school, but less than 20 points (not lower than a number of local undergraduate control scores) are admitted with the approval of the local provincial admissions office, and their majors must obey the arrangement of our school.
4. If the total score of the college entrance examination (including extra points) reaches the score line of the local enrollment of arts and sciences in our school, the selected candidates will be admitted with the approval of the local provincial admissions office, and enjoy 10 points to arrange majors, and parallel volunteer provinces and cities will enjoy 5 points to arrange majors.
5. The admission and professional arrangement of B and C candidates shall be implemented according to the signed integrity agreement.
