Teaching and educating people is the first academic responsibility of teachers, and the input and effect of teaching and educating people should be included in the academic evaluation system of teachers. To expand materials, we should reverse the unscientific orientation of educational evaluation, resolutely overcome the stubborn problems of only scores, only entering higher schools, only diplomas, only papers and only hats, and fundamentally solve the baton problem of educational evaluation. Recently, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the overall plan for deepening the reform of education evaluation in the new era, which turned the problem of breaking the "five abilities" from recessive to dominant, from the appeal of schools, teachers, students and society to the action of the government, and pointed out the direction for deepening the reform of education and teaching and realizing the modernization of education.

First, to break the "five virtues", we should dialectically understand the relationship between "breaking" and "standing". The biggest crux of "five flavors" is the word "flavor". Breaking the "five flavors" is actually breaking the uniqueness and allowing diversification. When we break the "five dimensions", we should also understand where the boundary between "breaking" and "establishing" is, what is possible and what is difficult, find a balance between "breaking" and "establishing", and seek the greatest common denominator between inheritance and innovation.

Second, the key to breaking the "five dimensions" is to establish the "five dimensions". The 14th meeting of the Central Committee for Comprehensively Deepening Reform emphasized that education evaluation is related to the direction of education development, and it is necessary to fully implement the Party's educational policy, adhere to the socialist direction of running schools, implement the fundamental task of educating people, follow the educational laws, improve the evaluation of results, strengthen the process evaluation, explore value-added evaluation, improve comprehensive evaluation, and strive to get rid of the stubbornness of focusing only on achievements, entering higher schools, diplomas, papers and hats. This points out the direction for breaking the "five dimensions" and establishing the "five dimensions".

First, establish the "five dimensions" of all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique and beauty. Second, establish the "five dimensions" of government, schools, students, teachers and the whole society. Third, establish the "five dimensions" of personnel training, scientific research, social services, cultural inheritance and innovation, and international exchanges and cooperation.

Third, there must be laws to follow, act according to law, and break the "Five Powers". From the legal level, improve the laws and regulations system of educational evaluation and supervision, and realize administration and evaluation according to law. From the legal level, the application of the evaluation results is agreed. Governments at all levels, education authorities and schools at all levels have completely abolished the evaluation and ranking based on "five talents". From the policy level, formulate evaluation standards for different objects and implement classified evaluation. The establishment of classification evaluation index system should first combine the classification evaluation index system with classification construction standards; The second is to combine the unified index system framework with flexible evaluation index rules; Third, we should combine performance output indicators with incremental indicators. Establish a regional education evaluation mechanism from the institutional level. It is necessary to use regional education evaluation to promote governments at all levels to develop education, adjust the allocation of resources, and form a coordinated, healthy and sustainable development of education in the region.

Fourth, to break the "five trends", we should deeply integrate into modern information technology. The means and methods of educational evaluation must be updated and reformed. It is necessary to make full use of modern technical means to conduct a multi-dimensional, whole-process, three-dimensional and panoramic investigation of the evaluation object, which can not only evaluate the explicit knowledge and ability, but also evaluate the implicit inner literacy that is difficult to express with symbols. We can evaluate performance from the perspective of both results and processes. It can be evaluated not only from the perspective of one-dimensional examination, but also from the perspective of multi-dimensional comprehensive quality evaluation, and the educational evaluation will change from scattered records to panoramic data collection. It is the only way to accelerate the modernization of education evaluation to deeply integrate modern information technologies such as big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence, and use them to mine, collect, sort out and statistically analyze massive data, and promote the innovation of educational evaluation methods and means.
