At present, Microsoft office onenote, wps office OneNote and CAJViewer are widely used, with good effect and high efficiency. Here's how OneNote converts text in a picture. 1, open OneNote software, click "Insert", and select a picture to be converted into text to insert.

2. Select the picture, right-click and select "Copy the text in the picture", and the text will be copied to the clipboard.

1, unlike OneNote, CAJViewer needs to save the picture as a file in PDF or xps format to copy its text. You can use the picture editing tool to convert the picture into pdf format, or you can insert the picture into text and save it as a document in PDF format.

2. Open the CAJViewer software, click the file, and open the PDF(xps) document. Click the "Character Recognition" button, hold down the left mouse button, select the part of the document that needs to be converted into text, and release the left mouse button after selection to pop up a dialog box. Inside the dialog box is the copied text.

Note: The pictures processed by the above software require clear text and easy recognition, otherwise the converted text will have errors. For pictures with blurred text, it is recommended to input them into the text manually.
