The work experience and background of our three founders determine that our personalities are very different. I believe many friends know and understand what I said above, but it is very difficult to really integrate into a team. As I said, starting a business to find a partner is what you want, which requires fate, opportunity and determination. Why are my two classmates willing to follow me? In other words, it is really difficult to find a salary of 1000 for junior students now, and it is impossible to find a better graduate at that time to give a dead salary of 2000. It is logical to become a product manager after graduation. Soon after joining, they smoked in the window. He secretly told me that he wanted to leave the company the day after he came to practice. He thinks there are only three people in the company, which is a bit like a liar company.

Of course, in the end, this person stayed in my job and has not left until now. Why? Because I just said at the beginning, I have a strong business man who takes him with me every day. Can I not make progress?

The entrepreneurial passion infected him. In the first six months of internship, he not only did product planning, but also cut pages and wrote programs himself. In the evening, he is also responsible for operation and solving users' problems. Now the business team is started by Brother Qiang with several interns. They have been insisting, because the entrepreneurial atmosphere has infected them, and they will continue to start a business with us after graduation. It can be said responsibly that the ability of our post-90s fresh meat graduates is definitely not lost to those who have worked in big companies for three years. Ha ha! A little too much.

Generally speaking, employees are relatively easy to find and cultivate, but in a three-city area like ours. It's really hard to find someone who can stand alone. In short, it's too far, otherwise I can't give you the conditions. I don't like it. I also went to 58, fair, 5 1job, and the hit rate was extremely low. Most people will not give you an interview as soon as they hear that it is a startup company. It is more difficult to recruit a good employee than to find a good woman now.

In those two months, I interviewed almost 30 people, and finally I took a look at one, and I got a deal, but I failed for the time being. I'm afraid our studio won't last long and there is no prospect. What I want to say is that foreign companies 10 years ago are now reduced to layoffs and bankruptcy. People should not stay in a comfortable environment for too long! I found that the most effective recruitment is acquaintance recommendation, so now most companies are recommended by acquaintances.

Now our team and our three partners are seven people. So far, none of them has left our group. I believe that with the demand of business, I will pay more attention to the introduction of talents, which is a problem that every startup company must face. I finally believe that a good employee is the foundation of a successful enterprise.

In short, it takes a lot of time, energy and patience for startups to find talents. The first core task of the management team is to find talents, and at least 60% of the energy must be devoted to effectively find talents. Who knows the ups and downs of entrepreneurial talents!

The fourth level of entrepreneurship: finding money

When I get here, most of my friends will worry about this question. Where does the money come from? Extreme insecurity will spread to the whole team, and then the company will be finished.

This is the problem to be solved as "finding a joint venture" at the top of the company, which is commonly known as "finding someone to invest in your company or which project of your company". How to find someone to exchange money with? I won't talk about it here today. I just want to talk about ideas. I don't know if you have seen a CCTV program, which is the kind of joint venture. You can pay more attention. You have a good project, but you have no money. You can find a competent company to invest in you. Of course, it is unrealistic for us to find a joint venture company on TV. We can find you or recommend you. The method is our own.
