1. The land lease contract signed by Party B and the original land lessor Liang Guosheng is valid. During the lease period, the village committee of Litchi Garden will give support and cooperation and will not obstruct the construction.

2. After the lease expires, if Party B needs to renew the lease, it must re-sign the land lease contract with the village committee of Litchi Garden; And the longest renewal can't exceed 6 months. The rent is increased by 50% on the basis of the original rent, and the total rent for six months is fifteen thousand yuan only (15000).

Three. This supplementary agreement has the same legal effect as the original land lease contract. In case of conflict, the supplementary agreement shall prevail.

4. This Supplementary Agreement is made in triplicate, one for Party A, one for the original lessor and one for Party B, all of which have the same legal effect and come into effect after being signed by the three parties!

Part III of the Land Lease Agreement Party A (Lessor)

Through negotiation between Party A and Party B, Party A agrees to transfer part of the land that it enjoys the right to use.

In order to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, according to the Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and relevant laws and regulations, this contract is signed and leased to Party B through equal consultation between both parties.

1. Party A will lease this mu of land (see annex for details) to Party B as commercial land.

3. 5. Party B can build houses, factories and other buildings needed for production and life on the leased land, and the ownership of the buildings belongs to Party B. ..

6. Party B may sublet the land use right, but must pay the rent to Party A according to this contract.

7. During the lease period of Party B, Party B shall bear the expenses related to city appearance, environmental sanitation and three guarantees in front of the door. The national administrative fees shall be borne by Party A and Party B respectively according to relevant regulations.

Eight. The rent of this plot in the previous year was RMB/m2, and the total annual rent was RMB. In the first three years, Party B paid RMB to Party A on the day of each year, and the remaining RMB was paid by Party A in one lump sum on the day of each year. Rents in the next few years can be adjusted appropriately according to market conditions. If the rent is overdue, Party B shall pay Party A the interest equivalent to the bank deposit interest rate in addition to the rent owed.

9. When Party A collects the rent, it must issue a rent collection certificate supervised by the tax authorities or financial departments at or above the county level. Party B can refuse to pay the rent without a legal rent collection certificate. If Party A charges Party B fees other than those agreed in this contract, Party B has the right to refuse to pay.

X. Party A has the obligation to guarantee the land use right, that is, it must guarantee the complete land use right. If Party B suffers losses due to land ownership, Party A shall be fully liable for compensation.

1 1. If this contract cannot be continued due to government policies or third-party reasons, relevant compensation or compensation shall give priority to compensate Party B for its losses. The scope and standard of compensation shall be determined by both parties through consultation according to the value of buildings, structures and attachments on the land and the remaining term of the lease term. If negotiation fails, it shall be determined by the price evaluation department agreed by both parties, and the rest shall be allocated by both parties through consultation.

12. After the termination of this contract, if both parties do not renew the contract, the disposal of Party B's buildings on this land can be decided by both parties through consultation. If negotiation fails, Party A will accept it and pay Party B the depreciated consideration according to the market price.

Thirteen. Both parties can sign a supplementary agreement through consultation, which has the same legal effect as this contract. This contract shall come into effect after being signed or sealed by both parties.

I. Name, scope and nature of the leased subject matter

Considering the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets and the growth of national economy, the annual rent will be increased every five years, and the standard will be raised or lowered according to the national inflation index.

Through negotiation between Party A and Party B, Party A agrees to lease the land along binjiang road in western Ding Jianhua to Party B for use. Specific consultations between the two parties are as follows:
