The main campus of Southwest Petroleum University is located in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. It is jointly built by the Ministry of Education, Sichuan and China Petroleum and Natural Gas Group Co., Ltd., China Petrochemical Corporation and China Offshore Oil Group Co., Ltd.
