It doesn't have to be like this. You don't have to write an appendix to the paper. If there is a questionnaire or interview in the paper, there must be an appendix. If there is no appendix, the structure of the paper is incomplete. If there are no questionnaires and interviews and no one needs an appendix, then there is no need for an appendix to the paper. The paper includes the title that highly summarizes the content of the article, my own name, the names of schools and instructors, 3~5 keywords that will be used in information inquiry, a brief overview of the Chinese and English abstracts of the paper, the core text, the cited materials and documents, and the thanks of the paper.
