The network electronic resources purchased by the library are mostly limited to the campus network. If our teachers and students need to access and use these resources from outside the school, please use my library card or card number and off-campus access password for identity authentication and access to online electronic resources.
From July 1 2008, the new "off-campus access service" authentication method was used, and the original off-campus access authentication method was stopped.
I. Application process:
1. Download the off-campus visit application form and off-campus visit agreement on the library homepage.
2. Please read the contents of the form carefully before filling in, fill in the application form truthfully, and sign the off-campus visit agreement.
3. Submit the completed and signed agreement and form directly to the reader service desk of the library with my one-card or student ID card.
After the application is qualified, the library will notify the applicant by email and the new off-campus visit service will be opened immediately.
2. From now on, all readers will immediately stop using the account once they find illegal use of the database, and will be punished according to the seriousness of the case, such as stopping using it, publicly criticizing it, and fined. If the circumstances are serious, it will be handed over to relevant departments for handling.
Three, this approach is limited to undergraduate and graduate applications. The application time of our college will be notified separately, and the college still adopts the original off-campus visit certification method.
Please pay attention to and abide by the relevant provisions of intellectual property rights of electronic resources. It is strictly forbidden to provide personal account passwords to off-campus personnel, and it is not allowed to download files continuously, systematically, centrally and in batches, otherwise all consequences arising therefrom will be borne by violators.
