There are many researches related to this study, such as Three Ways of Mental Health Education in Primary Schools by Zhou Juewei and Gu Huanjun, which mainly expounds how to cultivate students' good psychological quality from three aspects: using fairy tales and fables to cultivate students' good psychological quality, establishing students' psychological behavior files and cultivating students' good psychological quality in the specific situation of school education. Fu Rong's Three Tasks of Mental Health Education in Primary Schools also expounds the problems that should be paid attention to in the process of mental health education for primary school students. This paper holds that the primary school stage is a stage of growth and development from immaturity to initial growth, from stereotypes to initial norms, a period of vigorous physical growth and development, and a period of long knowledge, learning to be a man, and the strongest plasticity. Mental health education in schools should make all students develop physically and mentally and improve their quality in an all-round way.
