Management strategy 1- digital integral management method
Use "integral" to reward and punish students, so that the whole class is in the game of "integral".
I reward students according to the monthly points, and students can also use the points they earn to cancel the punishment for their dereliction of duty, usually "15 points" to cancel the "informed criticism", if it is "warning punishment", it needs "45 points", and so on. In learning and routine, teachers try their best to give students extra points and motivate them with points, but they never let go of the punishment for mistakes. As long as it involves the discipline of students, it will be punished according to their situation. In one semester, teachers and students are very busy with the addition and subtraction of "integral". When busy, students behave well and have high enthusiasm for learning. Borrowing the rules of the game can not only restrain students' behavior, but also encourage students to participate in learning and activities without causing excessive psychological pressure on students. This way of "playing" is very effective, and its incentive function is even endless.

This semester, in class management, we solicited students' opinions and implemented the practice of "canceling class cadres and distributing class affairs to each student"
Step 1: Guide the whole class to understand "the role of class cadres".
Cultivating class cadres is to cultivate a kind of management ability. Can we do it another way? Can't we also cultivate management ability by canceling the division of class affairs of class cadres and letting everyone do their own jobs? Let every student participate in class management. I think the biggest advantage of this method is that every student can get management training and cultivate a sense of responsibility to do their job well.
Step 2: Arrange the class work items, so that students can choose and complete the work they are interested in.
What class assignments are there? How to divide the work of the class? I sent a questionnaire to each student. The topic is: What do you want to do in the class? According to the wishes of the students, I made a simple adjustment, so the "list of class Committee cadres" posted on the wall was replaced by the "list of class affairs". As a result, everyone has something to do and everyone has something to do.
