The rotating speed of the three-phase asynchronous motor is connected with the power frequency power supply, and the rotating speed is unchanged; Frequency converter is specially designed for motor speed regulating device. The speed of motor is controlled by frequency converter to change the water column. In this project, PI7600/7800 series inverters overcome three difficulties required by the music fountain: First, the inverter is far away from the controlled motor. Second, the inverter overcomes the current impact caused by the addition and subtraction motor: the starting current of the motor at power frequency will be 3 to 5 times. Because each frequency converter used in the square music fountain controls multiple pumps through the output contactor, the working conditions require the frequency converter to have this performance. 3. High real-time response to music: The music fountain recognizes and processes the music signals collected in real time through the computer control system, controls the speed of the servo valve or water pump, and controls the underwater servo power machine to control the action of the colored lights, so as to realize the synchronous change of the water shape and the music, and the response speed of the music and the water shape must reach millisecond level to avoid the action distortion caused by the corresponding lag. G series can set the shortest acceleration and deceleration time to 0.1s. With good over-current and over-voltage protection function and other rich function settings, G series greatly meets the special requirements of music fountains.
