These people made outstanding contributions to the establishment of the Han Dynasty. Liu Bang not only recruited talents, but also believed in talents and valued them. Liu bang is not a very scheming person, nor is he very opinionated, so he always finds his subordinates to solve problems and always adopts and listens to them. The most famous story is the story of Han Xin. After Han Xin got angry, Xiao He chased Han Xin under the moon. After chasing him, let Liu Bang seal Han Xin. Liu decided to establish General Bill Han, which could have been said to be good, but Xiao He said it was not. He said that people like Han Xin must be appointed as generals, and let him be generals. Later, Liu Bang listened and went to implement it. This is a typical example.
