Xu Fei's Main Scientific Research Work and Achievements
The main research field is food quality and safety control and detection of food cold chain. The rapid detection technology of pesticide residues based on biosensor won the third prize of Shanghai Science and Technology in 2006 (technical invention category, 20063029). The prototype of enzyme biosensor for rapid detection of pesticide residues passed the appraisal, reaching the international advanced level of similar products, and won the second prize of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology in 2007 (0703025) as the first finisher.

In the past five years, he has led the research group to undertake nearly 10 projects of the state, Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, Education Commission and Agriculture Commission, as well as a number of Industry-University-Research cooperation projects, with a total research fund of nearly 3 million yuan, and published more than 30 papers, including 4 SCIE)4 and 7 EI; At the same time, 9 patents (5 invention patents) were applied. And has won the honorary titles of Shanghai Youth Science and Technology Star, Shanghai University Excellent Young Teacher, March 8th Red Flag Bearer and Advanced Worker.
