Analysis of Children's Etiquette Education Papers

Abstract: The problem of etiquette education has a long history. There are many bright spots in children's etiquette education, but there are also some problems to be improved. Then, this paper analyzes the reasons for the lack of infant etiquette from three aspects: kindergarten education, family education and social education. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to create a good atmosphere suitable for etiquette learning, set an example for etiquette learning and improve the etiquette education system in one-day activities.

First, the status of children's etiquette education

After nearly five years' work, according to the observation in my own garden, study abroad and visits, as well as some simple surveys and interviews with some parents, it is found that the etiquette education level of children is uneven and varies greatly.

(A) the status quo of etiquette education in kindergartens. Kindergarten is an important place for children to live, and frequent coexistence between peers makes some advantages or problems more concentrated. Etiquette education in some parks is carried out well, and daily life is orderly. Teachers and children treat each other with courtesy and live in harmony. In other kindergartens, the teacher scolded a child in front of the whole class, and other children followed suit. When teachers and children interact, they don't grasp the sense of proportion and hide the etiquette under the disharmony between teachers and children.

(2) The present situation of family etiquette education. Family atmosphere has a great influence on children and plays an important role in their life development. Children's performance in the family is more casual than in kindergarten or social interaction, and the resulting problems are more prominent. Some children enjoy the love of the whole family, even spoil them, lack proper etiquette knowledge, don't care about their families, don't respect their guests, and are self-centered.

(3) The present situation of social etiquette education. In social communication, some children are natural and graceful, are willing to communicate with others, can greet people actively, and can help, cooperate and share with each other. Moreover, some children are impolite, willful and selfish in public. These can not completely shape a complete image of children, but can reflect the overall quality of some children from the side.

Second, the analysis of the causes of children's lack of etiquette

The age characteristics of children determine that they are easy to be hinted and good at imitation, but at the same time, their physiology and psychology have not developed to the point where they can completely distinguish right from wrong. If no one gives correct guidance, it is easy to form some bad habits inadvertently. (A) the reasons for kindergarten education. Some kindergarten etiquette education measures are just hanging in the air and have not "landed". Children always know what they are, but they don't know why, so there are often actions that adults look incredible. Some teachers' etiquette education foundation is not solid. They often prohibit children simply and rudely after they make mistakes, but they are stingy to point out the right way to them and rarely guide them from the front, leaving them at a loss. Of course, the achievements of etiquette education cannot be revealed through specific evaluation, which is also a stumbling block to the promotion of etiquette education. (2) Family education reasons. Nowadays, many children are only children, and their families are too fond of them to have too much education. As long as you cry, many parents will compromise. In the long run, some parents have no authority in their children's minds, and children can achieve their goals as long as they are spoiled. When children do something wrong, some extreme parents just scold them, which can't make them agree psychologically, and there is no way to improve their natural manners. Some children are taken care of by grandparents, who often love children more than their parents and even don't hear their parents' education. These also make family etiquette education difficult. (3) Social education reasons. With the rapid development of social economy, the social environment leads people to pay more attention to material interests and ignore spiritual education. In public, some parents are only negative and extreme in front of their children. In such a social atmosphere, no one uses positive power to guide children. Children should be pure and kind, and they will also be polluted. They will not learn basic communication etiquette such as humility, respect and kindness to others.

Third, suggestions for children's etiquette education

Since children's etiquette education has such an important position, what should be done to carry out etiquette education more effectively?

(A) to create a good atmosphere for children to learn etiquette. A good environment can give children the greatest infection unconsciously and will not be selectively ignored by children. Some simple and vivid signs can often play an important role at this time, and even try to let children participate in the layout of the class environment, so that children can highly agree with their own signs, posted etiquette pictures, or related game corners from the perspective of the owner. Let children feel etiquette, and better understand and practice etiquette in long-term life.

(2) Set a good etiquette example for children. Parents give their children due respect, but they can't completely treat their children as adults. When children make impolite actions, they should correct them in time and guide them to solve problems in other ways through communication. Children can understand and understand etiquette better when they are exposed in a relaxed atmosphere for a long time. As an important imitation object for children, teachers should first pay attention to etiquette and set an example. Evaluate the child's behavior in time, praise the good places, and make the child full of confidence and continue to maintain it. And some bad habits, teachers should find them in time and correct them as soon as possible, and also let other children have a good example to imitate and promote the growth of * * *. This is an important way for the development of children's etiquette education.

(3) Incorporate etiquette education into children's daily life. Games are children's main activities in the garden, occupying a lot of children's time. The use of games, a form that children love, can become an effective carrier of etiquette education, which can be better accepted by children, gradually develop etiquette in all aspects and implement etiquette in details. Create more practical activities for children. For example, in a doll's house, children can receive guests, and you can also set a performance scene for children to experience and figure out what to do and how to do it in different situations. In the curriculum, we can also take etiquette as the starting point to design some theme activities suitable for children's experience, so that children can understand etiquette from all angles, apply what they have learned, and accumulate and pass on experience.

Kindergarten education should be coordinated with family and social education. Kindergarten, family and society should be a "trinity", and * * * has the responsibility of etiquette education for children. Teachers and parents should strengthen communication, communicate with each other, cooperate synchronously, and maintain a consistent educational attitude and concept in children's behavior norms, so as to keep abreast of children's etiquette acquisition and constantly adjust educational methods to make children's etiquette acquisition achieve better results. Home * * * is committed to etiquette education for children, and it is also to let children enter the society with a more educated and moral attitude. Strengthening children's etiquette education has never happened overnight. Children are the initial stage of life. If they develop good behavior habits, have good manners and internalize their own moral standards during this period, they can better distinguish right from wrong in their later lives and have the code of conduct that they must have as social people. As the saying goes, "it takes ten years to plant trees, but it takes a hundred years to cultivate people." If you persist, I believe it will have a significant effect.
