(1) informed criticism;

Relevant regulations

The Ministry of Education requires strict implementation of work requirements related to teacher qualifications. If a teacher's qualification is revoked according to law, he shall not reapply for the teacher's qualification within 5 years from the date of revocation, and his teacher's qualification certificate shall be revoked and collected in time according to the procedures.

Those who are deprived of political rights or have received criminal punishment of fixed-term imprisonment or above for intentional crimes cannot obtain the qualification of teachers. If it has been obtained, it shall be lost according to law, and the cancellation procedures shall be handled according to the procedures, and the documents shall be collected and filed. Those who have lost their teacher qualifications may not re-apply for teacher qualifications.
