Zhang Chuangxin is a professor and doctoral supervisor in the Department of Administration, School of Administration, Jilin University. He is also a director of Jilin Administration Society, a visiting researcher of China Institute of Personnel Science, and the director of Jilin University Institute of Local Government and Social Governance. Main research fields: theory and method of public management, history of China's political system, and history of China's administration. He has published monographs such as Research on China's Administrative Accountability System, Comparative Study on China's Modern Government Administrative System, Outline of China's Ancient Government, General Plan of Governing the Country, History of China's Political System, and Administrative History of China. Editor-in-chief of China Contemporary Government Management Mode and Method Research, China Imperial Cultural Masterpieces and other books 10, and published nearly 100 papers in the journal of Political Science Research, many of which were reprinted in full by Xinhua Digest, and materials printed by the National People's Congress for revenge, etc.
