1, education and qualification requirements
The applicant shall meet one of the following conditions:
(1) Ph.D. graduate;
(2) After graduating from a master's degree, he has been engaged in professional work for 2 years;

(4) After graduating from a college, he has been engaged in professional work for 7 years;
(5) After graduating from college or above, he has obtained the professional and technical qualification (post) of assistant division level for 4 years;
(6) 1982 has obtained secondary school education before the end of the year, and has been engaged in reporting professional work for over 15 years.
2. Foreign language requirements
Applicants must hold the national foreign language grade B professional title certificate obtained in 2000 and later, and the qualified results of the year or the notice of foreign language grade. Those who joined the work before the end of 1977 and scored 45 points or above in the foreign language grade examination for professional titles in 2004 and later can declare. Persons who meet one of the following conditions may be exempted from the test:
(1) College degree or above in foreign language major;
(2) obtain a master's degree or above;
(3) Have the corresponding study abroad experience recognized by the state (the study abroad experience must be recognized by the Chinese embassy in the country and issued with the certificate of returned overseas students, or certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education);
(4) Published foreign language monographs and translated works ("foreign language monographs and translated works" refer to works (including technical works) written in foreign languages by myself or as the main translator, which are official publications);
(five) to engage in professional and technical work in grass-roots units below the township level ("grass-roots units below the township level" refers to grass-roots units directly under the township government or directly under its jurisdiction);
(6) Take the Foreign Language Examination (BFT) for overseas training candidates of national industrial and commercial enterprises, and pass Level 1;
3, computer application level (ability) requirements
Anyone born on or after June 1 960 65438+1October1should take the computer application proficiency test for professional technicians in Beijing or the national computer application proficiency test for professional technicians and obtain the qualification certificates of three modules. Persons who meet one of the following conditions may be exempted from the test:
(1) College degree or above in computer science and technology (including computer and application, computer software, computer science education, software engineering, computer devices and equipment, computer information management, computer network);
(2) obtain a master's degree or above;
(3) to participate in the national computer software professional and technical qualification examination and obtain the qualification certificate of programmer or above.
4. Professional knowledge requirements
According to the spirit of the Notice of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security on the Work Arrangement of 20 1 1 year title evaluation (JYF), the intermediate professional and technical qualifications of engineering technology series are determined by combining examination and evaluation. Those who apply for the professional and technical qualifications of five professional engineers, namely, civil construction, road and bridge construction, water supply construction, decoration construction and public equipment installation, must obtain the national first-class constructor qualification examination certificate or the qualified scores of the subject "Professional Engineering Management and Practice" two years before obtaining the national first-class constructor qualification (2009 or 20 10) (professional is not limited).
Requirements for declaration of intermediate titles
(1) graduated from university, engaged in professional and technical work for more than five years, and worked as an assistant for more than four years.
(2) graduated from a college, engaged in professional and technical work for more than six years and served as an assistant for more than four years.
(3) graduated from secondary school (high school), engaged in professional and technical work for more than ten years and served as a teaching assistant for more than four years.
(4) junior high school education or below, must be engaged in professional and technical work for more than fifteen years and served as a teaching assistant for more than four years.
