According to the Examination Process and Requirements for Graduation Thesis (Design) of Higher Education Self-taught Examination of Guangdong University of Technology (attachment 1), the graduation thesis (design) examination of higher education self-taught examination in the first half of 2023 will start in February 2023. Candidates who need to apply for graduation thesis (design) and meet the application conditions, please apply according to the following guidelines:

I. Registration

1. Qualification: Candidates must pass all courses (including theory and practice courses, comprehensive course design and practice) of the major they are applying for before they can sign up for graduation thesis (design) examination (see annex 1 for details).

2. Registration quota: 65,438+050 for administrative management major and 50 for other majors, on a first-come-first-served basis.

3. Registration time: June 65438+February 14 from 9: 00 to June 65438+February 16: 00, 2022.

4. Registration method: log in to the registration system (website: /enroll/sign_up.aspx) to fill in and submit relevant information for registration. Fill in the relevant information accurately, upload the information completely, and all inaccurate and incomplete information will not be approved. The information to be uploaded includes:

(1) My ID card (front and back, named "name+ID card")

(2) Information summary table of candidates in Guangdong higher education self-study exam (downloaded from Guangdong self-study exam management system (www.eeagd.edu.cn/selfec/) and named as "name+information table").

(3) matriculation diploma (named "name+diploma")

(4) China higher education qualification certification report or the electronic registration and filing form of the education certificate of the Ministry of Education (downloaded from xuexin.com (www.chsi.com.cn/xlrz/index.jsp) and named as "name+qualification certification").

5. Registration information test scores can be queried in the system "Registration Information Query" from February 22 to February 26, 2022. If you have any objection to the test results, please raise it before February 27th, 2022 (service time: Monday to Friday, 8: 0016: 00).

Second, payment

Candidates who have registered and passed the registration information review should follow the following steps:

1. Payment time: from 9: 00 on October 4th, 2023 to 6: 00 on October 6th, 2023/kloc-0.

2. Payment standard: 37 yuan

3. Payment method: scan the QR code → enter the account number (enter the ID number in the user name column) and password (Gdut@ plus the last six digits of the ID number) → check the name and fee information → pay the fee → pay by WeChat → pay successfully.

Third, submit the relevant materials for the exam.

(1) Graduation thesis submitted for review (including Word document version and PDF version, named "Name-Thesis Title", written with reference to Annexes 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6).

(2) Evaluation Form for Graduation Thesis (Design) of Higher Education Self-taught Examination of Guangdong University of Technology (Annex 7, Word document version, fill in relevant information, named after "Name+Registration Form")

2. Submission method: put the above materials into the folder named "major+name+thesis materials" and log in the registration system in the form of compressed package from February 2/kloc-0 to February 23, 2023 (note: once uploaded, no updates will be accepted).

(2) Paper version materials

Candidates who enter the defense stage will be notified separately if they submit their thesis (design) for review. Please pay close attention to official website (jxjyxy.gdut.edu.cn/zxks/tzgg.htm) in our hospital.

Fourth, matters needing attention

1. Those who fail to apply according to the above requirements will be deemed to have given up taking part in this graduation thesis (design) examination.

2. If the candidates disturb the registration order (including but not limited to the following situations), suspend students from taking the graduation thesis (design) exam once:

(1) still apply for the exam if it does not meet the qualification;

(2) Absence from the exam for no reason after entering the exam.

3. It is suggested that authoritative papers such as VIP, HowNet, PAPERPASS, Daya, etc. should be checked before submitting the papers (see Annex 1 for the check criteria), and relevant check reports can be attached when submitting the paper materials, but the final check results shall be subject to the unified check by the school.
