In order to improve the teaching ability of new teachers in our school and perform their teaching duties better, a special training activity for new teachers of Teacher Development College was held in the multifunctional classroom on the afternoon of June 6, 165438. This training is presided over by director Zhao of the teaching department.

? The speaker of this lecture is Bai Zhijiang, secretary of the Party branch and president of our school. President Bai changed the usual lecture to the form of leaderless group discussion, and threw out three topics for new teachers to freely combine, form groups and discuss with each other.

? After intense discussion and collision, each group expressed their views in turn. Everyone talked about their feelings from many aspects, such as appreciating students, paying attention to their development, keeping pace with the times, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, lifelong learning concept, respecting and caring for students, researching their own teaching methods in teaching, getting along well with parents, being people-oriented, being patient with students, and insisting that students are developing people and have potential.

President Bai Zhijiang's suggestions to new teachers in the comment session are as follows: 1. Learn the teaching skills and methods of famous teachers, learn the classic lessons of famous teachers, draw inferences from others, and apply what you have learned; 2. Raise awareness, pay attention to the thoughts and spirits of famous teachers and put them into teaching practice; 3. Pay attention to the growth process of famous teachers and learn from them to study teaching materials, teaching methods and classrooms.

? Finally, Director Zhao recommended the official WeChat account, famous teachers and professional books to the new teachers. The new teachers talked about their feelings one after another, saying that they should be more strict with themselves and have a stronger sense of responsibility and mission in their future work. In teaching activities, we should strive to improve our teaching ability, have a kind heart, and give students love and warmth while imparting knowledge.
