One: cover

(1) cannot have a header page number. (See the fourth part below for how to cancel the header of the cover. )

(2) In the upper right corner, there should be the word "thesis number", and the number 4 is in italics.

(3) Pay attention to the font size: the name of the school, and the title of the paper: No.2 italic -GB23 12. Paper nature: 1 italics. Student number, name, etc. : Number 4 in italics.

(4) For the items listed on the cover, the left column is: student number, name and grade completion date. The column on the right is: the scores of teachers' papers in professional colleges.

Two: Title

Chinese title page: the keyword of word summary should be in the top box. There should be a blank line at the top of the abstract. Title page in Chinese and English, with page numbers 1 respectively.

On the English title page, the fonts should all be Times New Roman, and some places are bold.

Table of contents page: The page number should be Roman numerals, not Arabic numerals. The table of contents starts with the introduction, without Chinese and English title pages. (The title page outline level in Chinese and English should be the text. )

Text page number: All page numbers are required to be No.5 Song, but some people forget to change it.

How to set the outline level:

First, select the full text of the paper (Ctrl+A), right-click-paragraph-outline level-text.

Select the first-level title just now, double-click the format brush and brush all other first-level titles.

Method 2: Find the paper format template on the website of the Academic Affairs Office, copy and paste your own paper into TXT, and then copy and paste the title, abstract, etc. Enter the format templates separately, select "Match Target Format" in the lower right corner of each one, and then slightly change the footnote reference.
