In recent years, with the extraordinary development of China's high-speed railway, it has greatly promoted the upgrading of related high-tech industries. At the same time, the wide application of modern high-tech represented by information technology, automation technology, manufacturing technology and material science in the railway industry has also enabled China's railway transportation to achieve a historic leap of high speed and heavy load. As far as the current process is concerned, high-speed trains have a good chance to become the most internationally competitive industry in China's high-tech equipment manufacturing industry. The Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway with an operating mileage of1068.6km was officially put into operation on February 26th, 2009. The three-hour economic circle of Guangdong, Hunan and Hubei was formally established when the world's longest and fastest passenger dedicated line with ballastless track was officially unveiled. So-called? When the high-speed rail rings, gold is two thousand? What are the economic significance of Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway?
First,? Urban effect? . According to the theory of urban breaking point, the attraction of a city to its surrounding areas is directly proportional to its size and inversely proportional to its distance. That is to say, there is a breakthrough point in the influence and radiation of big cities at 300 kilometers, and a new city needs to be created at this breakthrough point to connect the economies of these two provinces and regions well. The whole line is about 1 068.8km long, with more than 200 tunnels. The design speed is 350 kilometers per hour, the top speed is 394 kilometers per hour, and the total investment is1.166 million yuan, creating a number of world-first Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railways, which were officially opened to traffic on February 26, 2009. It takes only 2 hours and 46 minutes from Wuhan to Guangzhou, and the three provinces of Hunan, Guangdong and Hubei have since entered the three-hour economic circle.
Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway line radiates to Hubei and Hunan provinces, Pearl River Delta, Hong Kong and Macao. In recent years, the GDP of Hubei and Hunan provinces has increased rapidly. The Pearl River Delta is the key area of China's economic development, and Hong Kong and Macao are special zones, and their economies have matured. In 2009, the GDP of Hubei Province reached 65.438+0.25 billion yuan, that of Hunan Province was 65.438+0.293 billion yuan, and the per capita GDP of the Pearl River Delta region was close to 65.438+0.00 million dollars. Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway connects Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hong Kong passenger dedicated lines in the south. Can it be opened? Guangzhou-Dongguan-Shenzhen-Hong Kong? A strong economic belt is an objective resource environment and opportunity for the development of Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed rail passenger transport. The operating mileage of Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway exceeds 1000 km, running through Hubei, Hunan and Guangdong provinces, and there are many large, medium and small cities along the route. These provinces and cities account for a large proportion of the national GDP, especially Guangdong Province, accounting for about 1/8 of the national GDP. After the opening and operation of Wuhan-Guangzhou Passenger Dedicated Line, the high-speed rail effect will be more significant, which will not only greatly shorten the time and space distance between cities along the line, but also make the economic and social ties and exchanges between Central China and the Pearl River Delta, Hong Kong and Macao closer. For the Pearl River Delta economy from labor-intensive traditional industries to capital-intensive modern industries, Pan-Pearl River Delta? It is of great significance to promote the cooperation between Hubei, Hunan, Guangdong and surrounding areas, promote the coordinated development of regional economy and further promote the sound and rapid development of China's economy and society.
For a long time, due to the logistics bottleneck, in sharp contrast to the Yangtze River Delta and Bohai Rim, the Pearl River Delta economic circle lacks a huge hinterland for economic development. With the opening of Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway, this situation will be greatly improved. For Guangdong, its economic development hinterland can indeed extend to inland areas such as Hunan and Hubei, and get huge local land resources, talents and market support; Hunan and Hubei can thus be more closely integrated into the Pan-Pearl River Delta, thus connecting the huge overseas market. Some experts predict that before Hong Kong and Macao? Front shop and back factory? So the economic development model will have a new regional transfer and form a new one? Front shop and back factory? Guangdong has become? New store? Hubei and Hunan became? New factory? ; Wang Yang, Secretary of Guangdong Provincial Party Committee? Dual transfer of industry and labor? The strategy will also jump out of the territory of Guangdong and have a new regional presentation to realize the innovation between Guangdong, Hunan and Hubei. Double turn? . The economic integration of Guangdong, Hunan and Hubei provinces will make the Pearl River Delta gain more advantages in the competition between the Yangtze River Delta and the Bohai Economic Circle.
Second,? Radiation effect? . ? High speed rail? The era will narrow the gap between regions, and the situation that tourism resources in the previous regions were at a disadvantage due to traffic factors will be greatly improved, and all localities will stand on the same platform of tourism and traffic resources. Objectively speaking, where are the tourism resources in Hunan? Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway? This large area along the line has obvious advantages. Famous tourist destinations such as Zhangjiajie, Phoenix, Shaoshan, Yueyang Tower and Nanyue are in? Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway? It has a strong brand advantage in the radiation area. Previously, restricted by traffic factors, these famous scenic spots were not as good as an ordinary scenic spot near Guangzhou in attracting passengers from the Pearl River Delta, Hong Kong and Macao. But? Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway? The opening of "Beijing-Guangzhou Railway" will connect 15 cities along the line, forming a modern transportation framework in the shape of beads, including 3 provincial capitals, 9 prefecture-level cities and 3 county-level cities. What are the steps of tourism and urban expansion? Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway? Hunan province has made great strides in opening up, which has also made Hunan tourism come true? Highway overtaking? The comparative advantages of these famous scenic spots in Hunan are prominent. Among Guangdong, Hunan and Hubei provinces, Hunan's tourism revenue will be the largest.
As far as Chenzhou, Hunan Province is concerned, the influence of Changsha and Guangzhou will obviously expand. Take tourism as an example, it will be launched in July 20 1 1? Red Hubei, Hunan, Guangdong and high-speed rail? The activity has brought great influence to the tourism of the three places. Yizhang County, located at the junction of Hunan and Guangdong, built the expressway from Mangshan to Yifeng around the tourism promotion of Mangshan National Forest Park, improved the transportation network in the county and scenic spots, and carried out seven theme activities, such as speeding high-speed rail, magnificent Mangshan and singing mountains. Driven by the high-speed rail, Mangshan's tourism is very popular, which promotes the tourism development of Chenzhou.
The two lakes region is the representative of ancient southern civilization in China ―― the cradle of Chu culture, which is rich in cultural heritage and red tourism resources, laying a good foundation for the development of tourism pillar industries. Hubei and Hunan provinces are rich in tourism resources, especially in Xiangxi, which is related to the operation of Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway. Hong Kong and Macao tourism accounts for a large proportion in the passenger consumption purpose of Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway. Throughout the Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed rail line, consumers of tourism resources have become another big customer group for the development of high-speed rail, which can also provide great opportunities for the development of Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed rail market.
Third, the transfer effect of industrial inheritance. The speed impact of high-speed rail will first affect the passenger and cargo industry, service tourism and regional industrial layout reconstruction. The completion of the Shinkansen in Japan has connected several cities and formed an industrial belt. Similarly, the development of high-speed rail in China has also extended the original economic circle, allowing large areas to be connected in series through high-speed rail. Guangdong put forward in recent years? Change the birdcage? The strategy of transferring labor-intensive industries and upgrading industries. The opening of Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway has narrowed the distance between the two lakes and the Pearl River Delta, which will bring hundreds of billions of industrial transfer investment to Hunan and Hubei, and the investment in real estate and logistics may reach hundreds of billions. Industrial parks have also been built in cities such as northern Guangdong, Hunan and Hubei along the route.
Does the Hunan provincial government have a tailored plan for Chenzhou to undertake industrial transfer? 34 preferential policies? And vigorously promote the construction of industrial parks? Standard factory building? . Xianning city, Hubei province has also been specially opened up? Guangdong Industrial Park? It also plans to invest 2 billion yuan to build a modern new urban area centered on Xianning North Station.
Similarly, taking Chenzhou as an example, on May 16, 2009, the Hunan Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government issued a number of policies and measures to support Chenzhou to undertake industrial transfer. Try it first? Article 34 is to make policy depressions and undertake industrial transfer. Chenzhou takes this opportunity to build Chenzhou? Hunan, Guangdong and Jiangxi provincial regional central cities? And then what? The most open city in Hunan? In the next 5- 10 years, Chenzhou will be built into a city with a scale of 100 square kilometers and a population of 100,000, and efforts will be made to turn Chenzhou into a national demonstration base for processing trade, a base for deep processing of nonferrous metals, a tourism and leisure base in the south of the Yangtze River, a base for energy supply in South China and a base for video and digital industry in Hunan. The opening and operation of Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway has accelerated the construction of a rapid transportation corridor connecting the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta, and also promoted Chenzhou's? Two cities? Architecture. According to the data of Chenzhou Municipal Bureau of Statistics, in the first half of 20 10, there were 5 new processing and filing enterprises in Chenzhou, the added value of electronic industry increased by 160%, the added value of equipment manufacturing industry increased by 94.2%, and the contribution rate of new manufacturing industry, mainly electronic information industry, reached 7 1%, driving the growth of industries above designated size/kloc-0.
The operation of Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway has brought a technological innovation practice to China, from introducing foreign advanced technology to independent research and development, which reflects the rapid development of science and technology in China. At the same time, the Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway has greatly improved the transportation capacity of China and released the transportation capacity of the Beijing-Guangzhou line, which is of great political and economic significance to China. At the same time, the operation of Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway makes China's economy begin to shift from the coast to the central part, which is an important industrial transfer process. In this transfer process, the government should actively guide and seize this important opportunity of industrial structure adjustment. While realizing the economic transformation of China, we should develop the central economy and realize the regional economic development.
