What does bms call the police mean?
The faults of BMS include that the whole system does not work after power-on, the BMS cannot communicate with ECU, the communication between BMS and ECU is unstable, the internal communication of BMS is unstable, insulation detection alarms, the main relay does not pull in after power-on, the data of acquisition module is 0, the battery current data is wrong, the battery temperature difference is too large, the battery temperature is too high or too low, the system gives an error after the relay operates, and the on-board instrument does not display BMS data.
Check whether the external power supply of the management system is normal, whether it can reach the minimum working voltage required by the management system, and see if the external power supply is limited, resulting in insufficient power supply of the management system. Check whether the BMU (12V/24V) power supply is normal, check whether the pins or plugs of the CAN signal transmission line are unplugged, monitor the data of the CAN port, and whether the data of BMS or ECU can be received.
Check whether the wiring is loose, the bus matching resistance is correct, the matching position is correct, the branch is too long, and the BSU address is repeated.
