There is also a kind of mentor who does have practical cooperation projects with each other. Most of them went to enterprises. A friend I used to know was sent by a teacher to work in an enterprise for two years. As a result, when he graduated, he had nothing and finally dropped out.

In most cases, joint training is good, because most of the units they go to have better scientific research conditions and more sufficient project funds than the original units. Although some people may feel that they have no sense of belonging, or that joint training is very tiring, it is equivalent to getting a better platform with a lower grade.

When I graduated, I found that this experience could be written into my resume, and it was a good experience. Why not? So you can go to most joint training. But please keep in mind your graduation requirements, always pay attention, and don't work with your head covered.
