Business English thesis
From the perspective of cultural differences, there are many factors affecting the operation and management activities of enterprises, which can cover many disciplines. They may be closely related to law, sociology, pedagogy and psychology. In a company where managers need to face this multicultural problem, it is impossible to get a straightforward solution based on the observation of superficial phenomena. In order to understand the significant influence of cultural differences on performance, we must make a comprehensive analysis from all aspects. This paper attempts to explore the new situation and new factors in the process of world economic development. Obviously, these new situations will bring new problems and new ideas to business activities that may be affected by cultural differences. Previously, the heart of the world economy was beating with the development of western society. Business activities are influenced by western culture. English is the main language used all over the world. Even in the absence of people from English-speaking countries, English still has its importance. Of course, there are cultural differences between the two western countries. However, the economic vitality of the eastern countries was not shown in the economic activities many years ago. Therefore, with the rise of new forces, new problems will inevitably appear with this new trend.

Due to the different nationalities of business partners, the strategies for dealing with different cultural backgrounds should also be different. For example, China and Japan are both eastern countries geographically; However, in international business activities, the ways to treat these two different countries are necessarily different. It is not difficult to find that there are a lot of details under the main theme of cultural differences. In different situations, different methods should be applied in different aspects. At the same time, with the rapid development of this new era, even if the nationality of business partners has not changed, the solutions to cultural differences need to be adjusted. This is a new situation in the new era. A rational and sustainable enterprise must have the ability to deal with new problems in the rapidly changing international situation with a progressive vision.

This paper analyzes the existing influence of cultural differences with several typical cases from three aspects: differences within the western world, differences between the western world and developed eastern countries, and differences between the western world and rapidly developing eastern countries. With the new trend of the new era, it is urgent to find out the new changes in the influence of Chu cultural differences on enterprise management. This paper will analyze two problems. First of all, what is the difference between the impact on two different western countries and the impact on different western countries and eastern countries? Second, have these differences developed to the point where they can't cope with the new business activities between the rising China and other parts of the world? What are these differences and new trends? The reason for asking these questions is that China culture has lasted for 5,000 years, and even exerted a great influence on Japanese culture. Japanese culture is very good at learning advanced culture, such as ancient China culture and modern western culture. Does China culture have the same potential to blend into western culture, or, on the contrary, to influence the business culture of the western world?
