This paper analyzes the existing influence of cultural differences with several typical cases from three aspects: differences within the western world, differences between the western world and developed eastern countries, and differences between the western world and rapidly developing eastern countries. With the new trend of the new era, it is urgent to find out the new changes in the influence of Chu cultural differences on enterprise management. This paper will analyze two problems.
